Quiet weekend. With the 😷restrictions my movement is still ltd .
I have 2nd😷 jab on weds and have cab booked . 

Regarding Ryman : on Saturday I received a response from my trustpilot condemnation of them
The latest customer advisor at that time asked for my order no. I promptly gave him that in my reply. This morning yet another cistomer service person contacted me via resolver advising me that my email address is different from email address used in PayPal payment .
I apologised for slight mixup , due to forgetting that Apple 🍏 gave me an iCloud account and Sometimes that automatically comes up on follow up emails . This is 5he second time this issue has been raised and I have given both my  proper email address which is not iCloud .
I purchased something on fleabay yesterday via PayPal , abd they can see that I am a valued PayPal customer . I believe that by the end of the week that PayPal will hopefully get my refund 

This morning , the engineer from Worcester Bosch gave my new boiler its first annual service 
Nice guy. Hiighly recommended . He was actually from Worcester Bosch and was not an engineer contracted out . He gave boiler a clean bill of health , and the guarantee runs until 2027
Althoigh more expensive going from today's experience I think it's best to repeat the process next year and use Worcester Bosch rather than trying to use someone else as in the end, it is their boiler after all . 

I am struggling to avoid crisps . Having said that , I'm having a little more ...bread 🥖!
This is a compromise . I think I'll probsbky get crisps again 🙀, but not many . I may not , but it is hard . 

I did hard  training sessions on Friday abd Saturday 🥵🏋️‍♀️

Next live session with mr trainer🏋️‍♀️ should be tomorrow . I may do something later, I may nit .
I think I've been motre consistent this week for some time .

Finally went out for walk this morning 🐾. 

I took a different route which involves going uphill . 

I doubt if I'll do it tomorrow as I have to go for 2nd jab 😷

This morning's session with mr trainer 🏋️‍♀️has been postponed until Thursday due to Wi-fi issues in his gym . The Thursday session will be from his home . I did the workout anyway 🥵

Yet another email from yet another customer service advisor from Ryman ..
 They asked me again to close the PayPal dispute . No! I told them I don't trust them and don't want to be left high and dry . I've waited long enough , so a few more 
days won't matter . I have updated my trust pilot review so whoever wants to see it can. 

I managed to get another Ocado delivery for tomorrow 🛒. 7.30am-8.30 am . Crisps are included 🙀. 

I'll leave it there 🌥..

Good luck with the second jab - you can treat yourself to a bag of crisps afterwards   I get my second one at end of May.

A few nights of inconsistent sleep again 🛌...
The last few mornings , the baggage under my eyes was similar to that of Heathrow ✈️

Yesterday , I had the jab. I tripped up going up the steps but remained upright . 

I overtalked to the doctor about my condition , as she was familiar with it  first hand .Being Macaulay culkin especially in lockdown does make me over talk and I need to try and avoid doing that . Anyhow I've had it and can move on . One other thing I almost forgot to mention , is that I was a bit breathless at times before I went to the clinic and I was asked about breathlessness by the doctor . That's the other thing ..people can't see me smiling as I talk to people wearing a mask . The full picture can't be put across sometns . 
one other thing regarding the 2nd jab..my brother had his done yesterday also . He asked the doctor whether that was it ,and are things more or less normal after 2nd jab . His doctor was cautious and didn't rule out a third wave .

I managed to avoid the heavy rain / hailstone showers yesterday ☔️🌧

Last night there were a lot of loud  voices upstairs.  This was around 9.00 pm and I was expecting another drug party . In their defence , the undesireables have been on thei best behaviour since they got letter from lettings agent last year. It was in April last year that they started their antics .
I looked out in the hallway, and couldn't hear any noise but saw the reflection of their door open 
The Snell of super skunk hash was string tho . I looked through my blind in the small bedroom and the bloke and one of his friends were coming back into their flat carrying a couple of joints and swigging from their cans of lager. His friend saw me looking through the blind so they know I'm there .  Again to their credit , they didn't make much noise going up wnd down the stairs .
i noticed that after about an hour later, the woman had her sister there and at one point 3 of them were smoking ordinary cigarettes outside the communal front door . 

Everything went quiet till around 12.30 when I heard people leaving . No voices , just movement going down the stairs . 

This morning , the woman went out in her car around 8.30 instead of going to work walking .
I hope that it was a one off last night , and that they remain well behaved . Yes I know that I have to expect this in flats ( one of the downsides ) but there are horrible people everywhere and reading other situations on these boards I am lucky so far compared to many , whether it's a house or a flat . 

Back to the crisps . Yes, I had a bag of M&S hand cooked crisps . This was before my visit to the clinic. Other bags remain untouched . 

Regarding chocolate 🍫and the nesquick/ cream 🐄combination : I stopped the cream 🐄order yesterday. I was having M&S chocolate but was finding it a bit sweeter than green and blacks .
As there was a special,offer on green and blacks I decided to just get a few bars of those which replaces everything else .

Anyway I'm rambling too much , so I'll leave it there ⛅️

I agree with you re masks and people being unable to pick up the nuances of communication...
Glad the people upstairs are behaving.
Have you noticed they shrank G&B to 90g and kept the price the same? I like the almond G&Bs

I had a chat with mr trainer 🏋️‍♀️about it , and what seems to be happing is that the undesireables had a pre -party drink and smoke in my block before having a party at someone else's gaff until the early hrs.poor neighbours .  What was happening last year , was that they were using my block as their place to party from the beginning to the end .  My complaints to all and sundry seem to have stopped that 🤞. I have to keep an eye on them 👁. I have become Mrs Brady old lady the curtain twitcher at times , and that is what is needed to keep a lid on things . 

Yes..green &blacks 🍫has got smaller along with everything else . 😾No sirprise really .
My faves are the blue label milk chocolate and the almond too 😼

Around about 8pm last night I was struggling to keep awake . I had a great sleep till about 5.45 🛌. Given that I conked out before 10.30 no complaints . 

Earlier during the day,I had another session with mr trainer 🏋️‍♀️🥵. I was kept on my toes .
He is changing the program a lot but is impressed that I'm still keeping up with him .

Changeable weather this weekend 🌧⛅️ My local friend was telling me of a possible heatwave in may 🥵🌞we'll see

Anyway, I'll leave it there...

On Friday , my friend and I were going to meet for a coffee ☕️☕️. Rain put a stop to that☔️ . On Saturday , we managed to do so..just 🌧
I was also unsure as to whether I'd be able to , due to a massive headache for a few hrs fri night / sat morning 🛌. I believe it was a side effect of my second jab 😷. Couldn't blame it on orange juice 🍊as I had none for sometime .

I received an email from Ryman's on Saturday morning asking me to review the invisible items that I've supposedly received . For a moment , I thought it was trust pilot . On closer investigation , it was from Ryman theirselves . So  yet again , I left bad feedback . The last words being " give me my refund ". Lo and behold , I received a refund via PayPal . Case finally closed . 

I didn't do any exercise 🏋️‍♀️until yesterday . I did a "walking " exercise that mr trainer 🏋️‍♀️put on my program to see if it would be suitable . It's 15 mins but is good and I'll do this as well as one of my other programs when I'm not walking 🐾 I'm due another live session today 🥵

This morning , I saw an Ocado lorry in one of the parking spaces in my block . This was around 7am . It was for me for a 8-9am delivery 🛒.
I thought it would be good to help out rather than have the poor chap hanging around.
Nice guy. We had a chat . I've been lucky with Ocado deliveries so far 🛒🤞
I have been getting next day deliveries when I don't expect it . 

Anyway, I'll leave it there 🌥🌧
