Hello AC. That's so frustrating with the crates as I know my window of motivational opportunity lasts just a few days. Hopefully you'll get a partial refund after paying for faster delivery that hasn't happened yet.
Light exercise when you're feeling rough is good. Just keeping that routine of putting exercise time aside is a great thing.
Well done recognising what foods make you feel bad but not making unrealistic expectations of yourself to completely cut everything out cold turkey.
I hope you still have some sunshine. It's hiding here.5 -

Puzzling about the crate situation . Still heard nothing 😾. Then again , asking the virtual assistants on both websites why they are so useless hasn't helped 😸 " I don't understand " is not good enough .My local Friend contacted me and we had a fee coffees ☕️☕️. We Picked the right time 🌞
just as I was feeling another day of ..meh !3 -
Great to see you persevering with exercise. You just keep going. I wish I was like that with exercise
I hate the virtual assistants. 9/10 times I end up more frustrated than before using them!
Glad you managed the coffee with friends.

Thanks DIA 😼
You have enough to be getting on with 😸. When you're settled into your new home eventually , you'll be able to have proper control of what is right for you . No use trying to cram so much now as you haven't got proper continuity just yet .As for the invisible staff at Ryman and fed up - ex, I managed to find an unexpected mse guidance called resolver which is hopefully going to eventually prod Ryman into action.
Yes, great seeing my friend today for the first time ...since November ! ☕️
On Saturday , we'll be meeting up to visit a music shop 🙀. Having said that , the spending will be minimal if anything .I'll leave it there 🌞...3 -
You are right about continuity but will try and get to the lido when my bike is back as it will improve my mental health if nothing else!
Wow, visiting a music shop. How nice. Where I hope to end up they have a lovely record shop. I hadn't realised that old records get new pressings until I dropped in. I bought an album for a friend's birthday

This morning exactly same as last ..awake at 2am 🛌
Trouble with that is , when I eventually do fall back to sleep around 4.30 it is hard not to just lie in around 745 .I did th3 light exercise just before bedtime 🛌, which is basically just stretching 🏋️♀️I've just taken the bull by the horns 🐂and did the step routine for the first time 🥵
I say did, but it's my first time and my co-ordination was like Paul gascoigne on a bender. Just all over the place . Legs although fairly trim felt like 2 anvils so I have my work cut out for sure .
I will have another go at it , before I see mr trainer 🏋️♀️On Tuesday . I am mad .Flat is at a standstill in terms of waiting for crates to get the kitchen clear . Also waiting to see if wardrobe can be moved which would help enormously . I have to wait a while for that, but Ryman need to pull their finger out 👉Anyway, I'll leave it there🌞..4 -
Relaxing day , although the air fryer decided to almost catch fire 🔥.
Sounds dramatic , but what happened was the bottom of the unit decided to flash when I wad putting the pan back into,it after turning food over. Blue smoke appeared and I managed to attack it with a fire proof cloth which my brother recommended to me . The kitchen smelled of caps / onions 🤮for a while but is okay now . Washing my clothes always gives a nice smell in the flat .
I had a message from Ryman's via resolver. Basically " hello AC we should be in touch within 72 hrs".Yesterday, I ordered a Jean michel jarre cd from Amazon ,which is already here . They are huge fir a reason . Ironically enough the album is called Amazonia and is more or less background noise of the Amazon rain forests. Almost fell asleep , so it's recommended . Very calm
No walk today 🐾, but will be doing that tomorrow when I meet up with local friend .
I'll leave it there 🌝...2
