Interesting about the snowman dreaming ⛄️. That's one of the scandi ones I have missed for some reason . I'll have to investigate . 

Yesterday I went for 2 walks 🐾🥵. Reason for that was, I sold a small music mixer for around a tenner which meant I had to go to post office to post . I then went for my usual walk , which is in the opposite direction . I never did any other exercise , but I assume I can be forgiven 😼 Today , I'm due a session with mr trainer so I can hopefully keep up .🏋️‍♀️

I have finally made a decision about my overcrowded desk with all of my music equipment🎼🎸 
After lots of searching via google , it looks like my best option is to purchase a corner unit for that room . I have seen a couple of units that will fit just right . I will obviously wait until Christmas sales etc 🎄to see what gives . James will be around then so maybe he may know of anything also. It looks like I'll be putting the sideboard next to my computer desk again , which will do for now . Believe it or not , if I knew what I did now, I would have ordered 2 of those computer desks  from beales which would hold everything . Having said that, the corner unit will hold everything and is vertical which will look professional .
I'll probably be able to keep the present one also .

I have had my air fryer  for a few months . The thing I'm noticing is food gets stuck to it .
Annoying! Croissants being the most sticky 🥐. Not sure whether to replace as it was cheap . Food for thought I guess 🍟
Moody weather today . Not sure I'll venture out

Another one here who likes the Scandi Noir thrillers - busy watching Valhalla Murders at the moment.  Weather mixed here.  Will have a walk out this afternoon down to the village to pick up my prescription and I might just have to pop into the cafe for a fancy coffee

Another nice morning 🌨💦
Health still up and down . Moods not too down . I used to work in a lift company many years ago, so should be used to this by now . 

Having said that, I walked yesterday and Monday . 🐾. Another session with mr trainer yesterday 🏋️‍♀️. Tough , but I kept up . He changed things around slightly so I'm glad he is impressed . We had a discussion about drinks etc which may not be too bad . 

I probabky mentioned in my previous diaries that I was addicted to lucozade for many years, and haven't touched it for approx 3 years now . We were both reminiscing about how it used to only be available in chemists with the cling film and rubber stopper.
It wasn't a bad drink those days , but Coca Cola bought it , they just chucked lots  of excessive sugar and rubbish into it which is why it is not good for you anymore .
I'm experimenting with organic ginger beer at present and soda water at the moment .

I had a call on Monday from that work related group . Finally . The new person I deal with is a nice lady , but some things have been misconstrued on her notes. She asked me for a cv , where as the previous chap i dealt with has a few of my later efforts . She will liaise with him and get back to me . I discussed what I've done regarding the courses I took off my own back ( boost your confidence / stress and anxiety ) . One other course was cancelled due to Covid . Plus my pending computer course due in January . Tbh I doubt if that will happen due to the 4 buses ( 2 there and back ) and my reluctance to do so due to feeling unsafe around potential arrogant people who may not be compliant in mask wearing etc . However , we discussed my situation being out of the working loop for over 4 years and I agreed to a confidence phone call next weds . It shows I'm willing and I have the time obviously to comply with everything if it means avoiding transport . 

Having said all of that , I haven't received any confirmation by email or text so will send her a text on Friday ( posdibly tomorrow ) asking her to keep me updated . She will also be calling me on a fortnightly basis . One good thing is the next phone call from her, will be telling me how many hrs I am allowed to work a week before universal credit deduct 60p in the pound after I possibly go beyond the hrs allowed . Then again , I doubt if I'll be in employment for some time .Apparently , universal credit is more easy to understand than the previous systems . I have no complaints ..so far 🤞

Yesterday I took a gamble . I purchased a fold up table for the music room 🎼🎸all the way from the Amazon  . After spending so much time faffing around, I managed to put it together . I have to tidy up the clutter, but it looks like I have done the right thing and for £69 it is much cheaper than the corner unit I was intending to buy . It means I can finally stop procrastinating and moaning , and it looks like I may well have sorted out everything in there . I'll confirm the situation in my next post .

I purchased a cheaply halogen oven from the Amazon also . It means that I can cook my turkey properly this year and other things . I will open the box later and see what's what.
Doing online shopping for the Christmas period can be a pita due to the ltd slots availabke
On sunday, I had a Tesco delivery. I have another tomorrow . Then on Sunday I have my first delivery from Waitrose . I cannot book anything for 21-24 due to my delivery tomorrow 
I'll have to get my thinking cap on later today . 

I think that's enough for now . 

Weather is supposed to be good tomorrow 🌞, so I'll see if my local friend is up for a coffee .☕️

Re drinks, just look at the sugar content per 100ml. Organic ginger beer sounds delicious and healthy but can have as much sugar as coke. Soda water can be deceptive too. I give you credit as I do recall your Lucozade habit!

Resistance bands are great . I use them in my training programme with mr trainer .🏋️‍♀️

I close the door on them and do resistance band rows and a couple of other exercises .
It's true what you say about the sugar content in drinks etc . I never go for diet drinks as the sweeteners put in them are not good . I'll keep experimenting and see what gives ..

This morning came , and I was looking forward to meeting my friend for a coffee ☕️

However rain stopped play 💦😾. The forecast was sunshine 🌞.Rain was not mentioned.
Oh well . Having said that , I managed to go for another walk 🐾 so not all bad . 

The music room is now finished , except  for one or 2 bits that James will do after Christmas 🎄. He will box in pipes for new boiler . I will ask him to paint room also . I'd bodge it in my present stare of health . 
I then need either a mirror or some artwork . 
The best news so far though, is that the foldout table is just what I needed. It means I can finally have legroom for all my equipment. £69.99 well spent. It means that all that procrastinating about that room has now ceased . 

I received a note from the snoop ( also director of managing agents ) through my door this morning . It's not a personal letter ,and he has probabky delivered to others in the block
He mentioned the rubbish and recycling dates and what can and can't go into the two respective bins . I always fold cardboard , but he mentioned if there's a lot he would drive it down to the tip. Fair dos . However, I now have polystyrene . I'm just wondering if that goes into the normal rubbish . I know it's not recycling and is disliked by everyone .
I think he must have found out about me putting wires and wood into the recycling ,as he mentioned it . 😸I'll be careful now and ask him if I have problem stuff in future .

I have a Tesco delivery this afternoon , which was another reason I couldn't see my friend today .🛒. I then have Waitrose on Sunday . Last orders before 🎄.
I joined Amazon prime for a month , when I ordered my table . Doubt if I'll keep it 
good for discounts and postage etc . No interest in the " football " ⚽️ anymore .
I may see a good series of some sort , but it will a be a surprise if I do . I may browse Netflix in the next couple of days and decide if I want to cancel that again .

The forecast for your area came true for mine. Sunny and dry so I went for a cycle
If you don't have a large mirror I vote for that. It makes the room look brighter and bigger too.
