Hey AC, long time since I popped by! Hope you are doing well 😀2

Oops! Hit return too soon! I wanted to say that I’m a fellow audiobook lover, I like to listen to them either when I’m going for a walk or when I’m cooking (or doing boring chores). Do you use Audible or another app? Have you searched for podcasts that match your interests? I love a good podcast too2

Nice to hear from you again. I hope you are doing ok also . Me? Was unsettled for a few months ( neighbour / corona virus issues ) but 🤞 calm for now and plodding along.
As I'm not working , I tend to listen to audible on the iPad in bed 🛌.
The only thing which is slightly annoying is that as I have all things apple🍏 the audible works if I go to my iMac and purchase them from the amazon website which automatically goes on to audible direct .I used to listen to a few music documentaries , and plays on the BBC Radio player app, but they changed it when nothing was wrong with it imho and I don't use it anymore .
I may start looking for other ways now ..3 -

So, last night I was just going to sleep around 10.30pm 💤. Then there was a fair bit of moving around and banging at random times . Not the banging of hammers, but random thuds here and there . It stopped around midnight . It sounds like it's coming from new neighbours . Possibly , it was their flat that had damp problem . It could be the druggy moving stuff around in the other flat . I may stay up a bit later over the next few nights , and see what gives . I have to be laid back of course , and make allowances as the new neighbours may still be trying to get their barings as they have only been here a few weeks. Apart from that , things are ok and could be a lot worse .The next couple of days , I will be expecting a couple of deliveries from pharmacy 2 u 💊and dpd . Dpd today, and Pharmacy2U 💊probably tomorrow . The only thing annoying about pharmacy 2u 💊is that they bombard you with multiple emails and texts , inspite of the fact that I order 2 months at a time .
I have appointment with Mrs dentist tomorrow mid morning .🦷
I've sent friend text to see if we can catchup today or Friday 🍮 . No rain forecast until late afternoon 💦 .
A bit sad about Eddie van Halen . Not a surprise , as he has been suffering for some time.🎸. I've been going to gigs since '79 but missed seeing him . One of the only musicians on my list that I never saw live . Neil peart gone this year also🥁, also I managed to see him a few times .I think things have changed so much over the yesrs and saw the best bands at the right time more or less . Everything seems so formula now .
I'll leave it there ...⛅️🌥2 -
Sorry to hear that things have been so unsettled for you AC, also got my fingers crossed that it stays calm for you from here on. I know what you mean about format changes on apps / websites, it really puts me off when it changes after I've got used to one way of doing things! I use Audible and Spotify to find podcasts, I used to use Apple Podcasts as well (really love true crime podcasts, so Serial was a must-listen for me!) but I don't find the functionality of that app as user-friendly as Audible.2

It was just neighbours upstairs having random drug parties, plus other neighbours moving out . Corona virus brings the worst out of the self entitled .
I'll leave that there.I'll have to use Spotify again ..2 -
So , I did my walk today 🐾
My friend will catchup with me on Friday all going well .I received my package from fleabay , and for the first time I'm having to return to seller ( although listing says no returns ) . We to d and fro d emails and I paid by PayPal and hopefully eBay will step in after a few days and refund me . Annoying .
I'll see what gives and try not to stress out too much ...2 -
Strange couple of days . I forgot to train yesterday 🏋️ , due to trying to sort out defective purchase from ebayer . I was very tired after all the faffing around .Had to have a phone call with my friend 📞 regarding the power supply issues .
This morning , I did 2 walks 🐾. One to the post office to return item , and one to Mrs dentist 🦷. £417.00 today .🙀. Expected ,as my bill was itemised before I proceeded and I'm paying off as I go . Managed to avoid rain also 💦.
I had 2nd thoughts about that Ebay transaction, and I'm better off taking the refund ( all going well 🤞) and not treating myself to anything until my birthday in dec or maybe Black Friday . It was just bits of recording accessories I was thinking of , due to my energy put into recording stuff on soundcloud .
Flat still untidy , and tbh I should have got an ottoman for the end of my bed ,when I got my new bed in Jan . 🛌 I'm looking for one now that'll fit in and clear some clutter.I'll have to check my Acct online as PIP pay £50 something pound every Thursday apparently . I will have to take some money from my drawdown in dec to clear everything and , all going well🤞I shouldn't have to do so next year .Supposed to do some exercise later,,but tbh reluctant to do so .I have a live session with mr trainer 🏋️tomorrow so I'll see what gives .
I'll leave it there ..💦💦🌥4
