Well, this weekend there were no parties , or unwanted visitors . 

My guess is , the letting agents told them off on Thursday . I heard the woman's  raised voice in the afternoon of that day , so assume it was then . Hopefully that's the end of it for some time , hopefully ever . 

Yesterday I got a letter from tribunal that arrived through the letterbox open ! 

I don't think the postman read it, but the tiny amount of tape on the envelope was worse than what a 2 year old would do , and I raised concerns on my universal credit journal .
The letter was basically a summmary from the courts explaining their decision. 
The person who phones randomly from the work related programme ( not the same time weekly ) , says that I should push he decision makers about service charges and my LCW 
Easier said than done, but he thinks that they are not as busy as the rest of the u c system.
He also thinks that I should get some sort of payment,and that I may have bern claiming job seekers insead of going straight for LCW . Too much to go on about here ..


Yesterday, I checked my medication and the lack of azathioprine left ( the stuff that caused great deal of anguish a couple of weeks ago).
I went online and did the usual , but also mentioning that I don't want to use Lloyds pharmacy anymore 🐕🐕
Just now, I signed up with pharmacy 2 u and hope that I can have a Friday delivery .


i developed a random dry cough for last couple of days , so I haven't walked since Friday . Not constant 
probably because of the different strength tablets ?
I did exercise yesterday, despite the work related guy phoning halfway through. 

This morning ,I took lots of recycling out at about 5 am. Bin was overflowing .Hopfully nobody will point the finger at me . 👆🏻

I got food box delivered from gvt successfully again yesterday . More onions and beetroot.
straight to the bin 🤮. Biscuits and coffee appreciated though..
I have Tesco delivery tomorrow .
I'll leave it there...

Glad you had a quiet weekend.
Also I'm glad the medication delivery looks sorted.
Interesting re your letter as lately my small parcels have obviously been opened. Nothing taken however. I assume my deliveries are too boring to steal

Not the greatest of nights sleeping , but managed a few hours .
I did my exercises around 7,30 am . I had to be up for Tesco delivery . That came at 11am
I had my breakfast very late , around 11.15 this morning . I then got text from mr trainer who was gonna train me at 11.30🏋️. I got days mixed up and thought it would be Friday 
It has been rearranged for then .

Nice sunny and warmest day of year so far . Maximum today is supposed to be 20 degrees . However in London it's supposed to be 27/28 degrees 🥵. 

My front room and main bedroom are sun traps ,which is making me lazy .
I haven't used the fan just yet this year, but I have my dehumidifier on and am experimenting to see if it's any good in the summer . I normally use it only in winter .
The gasroom / music room is very cool in there . 

I almost forgot that there is another bank holiday in a few days . 

I'm hoping that Sid and Nancy upstairs won't be having any more parties and that they take heed of the complaint from the letting agents . We'll see . 

I'm still awaiting to see if the surgery accept my request for medication via pharmacy 2 u
Rather than order things in dribs and drabs due to the incompetence of the past , I have asked for all medication together, meaning I'll have some spare . Hopefully that's allowed

Well , sid and Nancy are having yet another party. Very considerate of them . 

I sent a couple of emails just now to the managing agents and will be phoning them tomorrow and will do constantly just to build up the complaints against the scum landlord and make the complaint file bigger. 

It's obvious that the landlord doesn't give a toss, the Lettings agents don't give a toss and the landlord probably has too many properties to worry about the likes of me . 

I will contact letting agents and I'll pay the £3 to land registry and bombard the scum landlord by letter and possibly phone .

I can't repeat what I wish for the scum involved but you get the gist . 

No doubt they'll have another night over the weekend . 

I'll leave it there ..

The thanks button has disappeared from this site today . 

Anyway, I sent an email to the Lettings agents who I think are responsible for the property
that was before 7am, but email typed out at 1am as I stated to them .
I obviously did apologise to them if it was the wrong letting agent . 

I will phone them this morning to clarify . 

When I woke up at 6am , I could have quite easily gone back to sleep. The problem with that is , I would probably have overslept and I like to be on top of things ready for postman etc . 

I'll update as I hear news .

Sorry to hear this. Was wondering if you can find out the length of their let. It might be a short let and if so at least you know they will be gone soon. If you are affected so are others, so maybe a joint letter to the landlord too. I hope you get some rest today.

I phoned lettings company which are closed. If they respond to my email, I may get a better picture. 

I spoke to the lady I previously spoke to from the managing agents . 

She is losing patience with me . The guy above her is in a meeting ,but I told her in confidence that they are druggies etc. 

She unfortunately told me that nobody else has complained and that I'm the only one in the block . She kept emphasising the  council environmental health which I don't think would be of use . Also 101. 

I obviously don't want repercussions and am understandably wary . 

The phone cut off . 

The snoop is only in it for himself it seems . If I bump into him again I'll briefly mention it
If he doesn't seem too bothered then in future I won't speak to him and just nod
or I'll tell him" sorry I'm busy right now ." 

I need to contact the landlord to find out more directly . The land registry have too many options and I don't want to choose the wrong one .

Don't expect too much from the LR, all you will likely get is the owner's name, which unless it is a company name won't help you track them down, as the address on the LR documents will simply be that of the flat your beef is with. BTL is the scourge of privately owned housing, and as you are finding out worse for flat dwellers.
