Annoying response from the agents, but like your friend says 'they will move on eventually and there is always something' What do you mean by 'I've had a good run' You are not thinking of moving again are you?
What about noise cancelling headphones to make the situation more bearable. You sound peed off and I don't blame you. Hope you are ok.

    Thanks DIA 😼
I have been totally peed off . I have always been one of life's over worriers . I think everyone here knows me by now .
I still often look back and ask " did I really do that?" regarding my decision to move .
I was warned about what could happen , and to think things through etc but I needed some sort of break and also didn't want to lose everything .

Talking to my mad brother a fair bit recently " you'd never get me living in seaside places! All druggies ! " plus lots more
" we should still share a house between us"  ( notice the word house). He has had similar problems in his share of freehold flat and goes up and threatens them . I wish I was so brave .
Although he talks blunt bordering at rude, he does have flashes of genius here and there .

Despite still hardly knowing anyone , my progress up until the parties was going well.
I look at my life expectancy with all the medication plus my lack of wanting to live much longer than 20 years due to a regressing world , that my comments about having a good run are more understandable imho. So I do sometimes think " what about being dangerous and starting all over ..again ?"
Anyway, it's my diary and another thought .
Bizarrely enough, I haven't felt too down today/ yesterday but the cloud of another random party is annoying me.

    Anyway, enjoy the sunshine 🌞

Update on the upstairs neighbours : I could smell the onions and beetroot from my bin liner ,so I had to get rid now and not the early hours of tomorrow .🤮
surely the gvt could give me chocolate instead
In doing so, I saw the snoop next door . He saw the undesiireables on Saturday in full flow playing football etc. He looked at them . One of the group called him a F@@ king  w@#ker . My druggie neighbour came down stairs and apologised .The snoop said that he can't see them seeing eye to eye etc.  I told the snoop that he is a drug dealer etc
So, if he has had first hand experience with them , it strengthens my case so hopefully they will move .
It was an unexpected pleasant chat
I still await the landlords response ..

Have just had an email from managing agents . Too brief for my liking .
They got a response from the leaseholder of the undesireables : "Thank you for your email, and I will of course  pass the information onto my agents and ask them to deal with his situation - apologies that you have been put to this trouble ."
I was told by the managing agents that I should notice a change shortly ,and to keep them updated .

I replied saying that as it's Thursday that I expect them to kick off tomorrow / sat
I enquired as to how long more will I have them there . I also asked if I was possible to have a copy of the managing agents email to the leaseholder .
I mentioned that they verbally insulted the snoop ( good for me ).
Throughout this I haven't mentioned the drugs etc , but I told the snoop .
If I see the letting agent I may do but am unsure a this stage .

I went out for a walk this morning . First time in a month . Seems weird walking about with a mask .  The traffic has been more or less back to normal for a few days.
    Not too many people .
My aim is to continue walk daily and do online shopping only ..

Final ( for now ) update on the leaseholder of undesirables .
They cannot tell me how long that I have to put up with them .
The managing agents are unable to disclose the conversation with landlord .
I thanked them and said that I expect to be alert as the landlord is shady along with the Lettings agent with their Chuck in anybody approach on the bog standard tariff .
I also said that I did well not to disclose a lot more in my time of anxiety caused by them.
    I left it there ..,

AC I thought you were told to shield for 12 weeks? Have the rules changed for shielding now? Is that why you are going out now? I know they have not changed here in Scotland

    You are correct paspatur😼
I am taking a chance by doing this . I'm going out very early ( this morning 7.30am. Maybe earlier tomorrow if I carry on )
As I have no garden and stuck in a small flat I  think  I should be ok  ..if there is hardly anybody about
Hope you're coping ok if you're restricted too!
    How many weeks now ??

Sorry you seem to have neighbour issues now AC.  Flats can be problematic and particularly difficult at the moment with lockdown and hot weather. I would think long and hard about selling up and moving on again unless you decide to do as your brother suggests and share a house but I think you have tried that before in London didn't you and it didn't work?

AC just be careful. I have not been out since 17th March but I do have a garden for which I am very thankful. I cannot imagine what it is like for people in flats especially those with children

    Thanks Enthusiadtic and Paspatur😼
Like everyone else , I wouldn't be able to move even if I wanted to .
I do like the flat normally , as I have a nice view out of the windows . Yes it's true that the lockdown is causing problems like I'm getting now due to the arrogant , self entitled produce that  has been created over the last couple of decades.

It's true enthusiadtic , that I did try that with my brother and it didn't work out at all.
I think his comments about where I now live , kind of unsettled me .
These thoughts may pass , and I very much doubt if I'd do that again .
I think if the neighbour issue is sorted , then maybe my mind will be relaxed again and
I can get back on track .
    Time will tell..
