Basically , it comes down to budget and how often you listen to music etc . 

The Tesco delivery was a bit odd . I didn't realise that I pressed the intercom too quick for him,and never gave him a chance to explain himself . Initially the bags were left in crates but he took them out and he was going to do that straight away. One neighbour from one flat and the toe rag from the other both came down the stairs at the same time . Neither looked at me but asked the driver to excuse them . 

I had a call from work related coach. He doesn't phone same time of week. Just randomly and sometimes a week passes with no contact . He works from home obviously .
I explained the events of the last week and he sympathises with my situation.

Yesterday , I phoned the managing agents . They have been inundated with complaints from various people like myself about scum neighbours . Trying to be brief here, I think that they have contacted landlord . Obviously my mood is down , but I did politely say 5hings I could do ( not recommended) if I'm put to the end of my tether. The obvious things were recommended but tbh the parties are random and not persistent . I expect another one tonight . I am waiting till Monday to hear from the managing agents . The lady I spoke to was very polite, friendly and accommodating but hands are tied . 

I am looking at finding out how long the contract the scum have left on their contract.
Eventually , I may have to contact the letting agents also . I could fight fire with fire and turn up my amp and leave lots of feedback on continuously or record a loop and let it play continually . 

I cannot go upstairs to talk because of isolation . 

For the record , the flat was purchased in May last year and that when the scum moved in
I know who the Lettings company is . If the landlord had any respect they would realise the error of getting students / student types in and let it out to proper professional singles or couples . I will mention that in next email discussion on Monday .

I've just found out some bad news regarding my Ltd capability for work award. I don't get paid anything after all. If I got the Ltd capability for work related activity then I would have got something . In a nutshell it means I'm not expected to look for work at the moment . I still have to deal with the work relativity coach at seetec pluss , but I'm wondering why should I bother , Another way of looking at it is that they cannot take away the £409 that I am being paid at the moment . Plus the lower amount I pay on council tax .

Well..no party last night .
What I have bern seeing is the druggie standing outside at different times smoking ( not hash etc ) , on his phone a lot and returning to his flat . Obviously I was expecting his chums to arrive and party , but they never showed . Basically the guy above me is a dealer and he is trying to let people know it's his patch now . I'll leave tha there , and not tempt fate by dwelling on the negatives 

I had a call from the council checking on the volunteer ,asking if everything ran smoothly 
Being the polite and accommodating person I am , I explained that nobody contacted me etc, but not to worry and that I managed to do a food order in tescos in the early hrs
Did I mention I purchased cheese strings without realising ?  

I woke up in good form today , and aim to put the last crap couple of weeks behind me.
Not feeling down . Everything I've planned to do in the flat is now done more or less

Even though I live alone , I do try to cater for others with the additional furniture I purchased when I moved in . Looking around me in the front room , there is space for 6 people to sit . It looks like after all the time putting my brain on total spin mode , that I have onky made a couple of mistakes in my planning ..buying a coffee table when there's only me when I bought a nest of 3 tables as well. Buying a sideboard and large computer desk for the music/ gas room. When I bought my iMac , the Mac mini was an option but there were rumours that it was to become obsolete . What happened after that, was after buying the iMac the Mac mini was much improved . If I knew that , I could have got that instead and my music room would have bern my front room along with my tv/ stereo etc.
Anyway, I'm rambling  so I'll leave it there ...

Glad there wasn't a party last night. You'll just have to keep an eye on the situation and act if necessary.
It takes forever to get the furniture right in a home. I've been here for years and still moving furniture.
It is sunny here and I guess the same in Dorset. On the news they were warning people to stay away over the BH weekend. Lucky you to actually live there

Party is underway now ! It's 7pm . Started around 6.30 pm 
The usual suspects . They are wearing party hats! Yes really . One thing that may be a plus in a strange way , is that they have been playing mess about football in the communal garden. That is outside the snoops flat who is on the board of directors of the managing agents. If he has seen it , then he may well comment on the situation . I hope he has .🤞
So another crap night . 

I know that I will be getting an email from managing agents on Monday , but I will send an update tomorrow . 

It was quite a good day before that ,despite being stuck in. 

I'm one of those people who is fed up of corporate football now. ITV showed a classic game from 1979 when it was more enjoyable to watch . I was 16 then 🙀 
I recorded more bits for soundcloud .

Party finished at around 1.15am
There was an argument after that about half an hour later.
I'll be as brief as possible here only to say that I sent a polite email to the managing agents at 12.40 this morning .  I want to know how long I have to suffer these pos's and is the landlord scum or not . 

My porcelain  front tooth caps fell out last night 🦷. Looking like Shaun pogue until it's safe to go back to the dentist . More expense. Btw universal credit doesn't cover dental treatment .
However, I pay £20 pm to a dental plan giving me free checkups and discounts on dental treatments . Getting by just. 

Tomorrow I will reclaim my food from the gvt and the thieving bar stewards will be nowhere near it

I may start walking for about half an hour or so early mornings
I won't go anywhere near shops for some time as I'm not confident that it will work just yet as everything will be tense and unpleasant for many months imho. 

I love animals but finding decent people is becoming harder everyday .
Anyway , Surprisingly I'm not feeling too down as there are many people worse off ..

So sorry you had the stress of yet another party! Whats going on with that? Well, you contacted the landlord so that was the right thing to do. 
I hope the dentist doesn't cost too much but perhaps the plan may help a bit?
An early morning walk when there isn't anyone about sounds like an excellent idea. I always feel better for a bit of outdoor exercise.

Well, it has got me thinking and reflecting . My friend says that they'll move on eventually and there's always something . He is right . You only have to look at the in my home section to see the various issues that people have . I did tell the managing agents that I do know who the letting agent is . I did lay into the landlord and told them I don't wish death or disease on the landlord just yet . However, if the landlord is scum then I hope that karma mauls him / her . 

As for the teeth . They just need gluing back in . I don't want to do it myself as knowing my luck , I'd end up swallowing them or make things worse ..

Well , today has been interesting so far in a slightly annoying way .
The good : I got the food delivery about half an hour ago. Onions and beetroot are included this time 🤮🤮🤮still I have biscuits , toiletries and coffee.
                  I did some exercise
                 

The slightly annoying : When I was going through wire central I may have broken my Apple TV Box in error . It's working but then cuts out repeatedly and I have to keep trying to get it running without success. I spoke to a nice guy at Apple, and he suggests I don't use the extension lead but plug it directly into a wall socket. I'm doing that now with inconvenience
It has been placed ontop of my hi fi unit and is an eyesore . Same as my freesat box, although I have a satellite aerial extension lead coming within the next few days
I am also having trouble with my hdmi hub( as I only have one hdmi socket in my toshiba tv I have a lead with 3 hdmi Sockets of which I plug my set top box and Apple TV Box into
Fiddly but not the end of the world. 

I placed an order for face masks which should be here by next Monday . Expensive ! 

Onto the scum situation : this morning I accepted a couple of amazon deliveries from the postman for that flat . The issue here ,is that they are for a woman that doesn't live here but is somehow related to the druggy scum it seems . 

I notice that he leaves his flat religiously around 10.15 am . I have often missed when he returns , but today it was just after midday . I would say he is a dealer. The Jesus guy is for sure . I haven't received an email from the managing agents just yet but it will be interesting to see what is said and what they come back with. 

I assume they are on a six month rolling contract . They would have to be given x amount of notice so I have a long horrible time ahead anyway . 

I just want to find out how long for . I savaged the landlord / landlady to the managing agents. It's obvious to me that they chose the cheap option and nobody even checks the flat. I'll keep you updated .

Had a couple of strange dreams last night . Thing is, it was the same dream continuing after I woke up briefly and fell asleep . 

Tidied up flat as it was looking messy . 

I just received an email from the managing agents . The lady advised me that they have sent the landlord a lengthy email dated 11th May and are awaiting response. 

They have asked if all information can be passed on to the letting agent to ensure this gets passed on anonymously to the tenant . They will let me know when they hear back
I thanked them but mentioned 2 things ;a) the mail  I mentioned that I doubt if anyone has ever done routine checks and that the landlord took the cheapest option when using estate agents . When I was renting around the corner the landlady did a few of those in the 6 months I was there .C) I mentioned that maybe the landlord has many properties and are treating me as a pinhole in a cushion so to speak .

The managing agents gave me the option of Environmental Health and 101. 

I don't think I'll do the EH route as that could take forever and the parties are not every night just yet . 

I've had a good run since I came here . Like a long holiday in parts..
