Well done on using the fryer.
I am addicted to Columbo as you know and it doesn't matter if I have seen them already. The adverts are when you make a cup of tea AC!
Have a good start to your week :)

    Thanks DIA 😼
Not sure about a cup of tea. More like a 3 course meal 🍽
So many. Which brings me to a philosophical point
When I was working , I saw very Ltd morning tv. Never missed it . Never cared for it . When I stopped working and moved , I caught up on the episodes of Frasier which I had given up on back in the day . Then I saw all of Everybody loves Raymond .
I got into a bad habit of being caught watching those over and over . Plus I cannot stand those blasted ads when I'm having my breakfast . I watched the coronavirus news programmes as it's proper groundbreaking news . Well it was. Now I watch paw patrol, and floogals. I need help! 🧸
    Have a good week..☁️🌥

I tend to record everything I want to watch. That way, I can skip through the adverts.

I normally do that pollie😼It's just that sometimes I channel surf and find something the least annoying . Then the adverts appear ..😾
Anyway , a bizarre day , annoying and good in parts .
The annoying :  my food box was given to one set of neighbours who don't speak English and have taken it. The dozy delivery guy pressed the wrong button on the intercom.
I cannot go up obviously ,due to self isolation . So I had to go 111, then I had a few calls from the council . Everyone has been helpful . However , as a stop gap I will be getting a volunteer to shop for me. I'll make a list, give cash and get what I want .
I made sure to put another piece of paper sellotaped to my door number on the intercom
i requested the managing agents sort this , but they haven't got round to it . Another email..
Still , if I'm asked to take a package for those thieving bar stewards upstairs I will refuse.
So, I received my amp . It's bigger and bulkier than that Gemma Collins woman
It was a right pita to put it into my unit with all the rest of my stuff. As it's so large , I had to take everything apart and re wire everything which took hours.
I've got it going , but the jury's out for now. It takes time to get  used to something like this
The plus thing about this amp other than the price , is the remote control. My other amp is old 1996 so no remote . The cons with this amp other than the size and weight is the wire is moulded into the amp ..and not a detachable cord.
Still it's in and  time will tell .
When I took everything apart, I wanted to move my freesat set top box elsewhere but that robbing undesireable who wired it up left the wires deliberately short. I had to go on amazon and purchase an extension for it .
Other good and strange goings on : I recorded a small track for soundcloud . And received an email from someone who wants to share it. Not sure if it's legit or not, but it's nice to be noticed..

As I'm awake , I managed to get a Tesco slot for weds. Thought I'd nab it as giving and taking money from a volunteer could be tricky. ..Deivery slot was £2

Lots of people say the small hours of the morning are the best times to nab a shopping slot. Well done.
It's great that you recorded some music to share on soundcloud. What is an amp and how is it used? It's good to be creative and once it is out in the world you never know what might happen. Have a good day.

Thanks DIA 😼 An amp, is part of a hi fi seperates system (l plug turntable , CD player, tv etc into it ). The sound varies depending on budget etc. You need a pair of speakers also. However, yesterday I was saying many choice words to myself ( unrepeatable here obviously) , as to why I didn't just get everything wireless . Spaghetti junction behind my cabinet is more congested than Birmingham . As I've been listening to stereos for so long , I prefer the seperation so to speak ( sounds shooting from left to right and right to left etc) . It's a bit like if you listen to your headphones , and then listen to a single smart speaker in comparison. I do like headphones , but I prefer not to use them while I live alone . I need to know what's going on etc. Horses for courses 🐺

So while I was awake most of the early hours , I sent a couple of emails to the managing agents . I don't like doing so believe it or not, but things that should have been done ( intercom / "window cleaning ") havent . I'm going through 2's and 3's in terms of my life living in this flat and hopefully that is it and things will improve.

Regarding the volunteer from the council , it's 10.10am and I haven't heard anything so just as well I did another online shop this morning . At 3.20 am I took the rubbish/ recycling out. I managed to get asleep around 5am, but felt rough at about 7.30. Having said that, I did various exercises and intend to do bits every day .

I'm getting used to the sound of this nee amp. The tv sounds better . Not sure about the turntable. The CD player , is too early to comment . Having tinnitus from naproxen isn't helping matters ..

No call from the volunteer . Just as well I took initiative and have food coming tomorrow from Tesco. Recorded a couple of bits. The amp is slowly growing on me. My Apple TV box is  playing up. Another pita🧻. There are worse things in life .
One day we can all go out again..

Woke up this morning after a strange dream, but relaxing sleep.
The dream involved  me going into the lift again, and going too high up ,with me being coerced into staying in it.
Did exercises . Logged onto online college expecting to start first online course. The introductory  video is not moving at all
Broadband too slow? I'll try randomly and see what gives.
If I don't hear anything from managing agents , I will phone them tomorrow.
    More recording today probably

    Thanks for amp info.
I too have much treasured vinyl and was wondering the best way to listen to them. I don't have speakers and not sure what turntable would be best, so not sure how that would work...
I hope your Mr T delivery came in ok?
Hoping all is okay with you on this sunny day :)
