Slept quite well, with another odd dream thrown in .
Did yesterday's tidy up . Juggling ( lack of ) finances , and had to make phone call which was pleasant . I won't go into much more here , as for someone on universal credit I think I could be in a worse situation.
I have been monitoring my crisp situation of late , and I found out something . Wotsits are dangerous to your health! They dry out  the skin and give a rosacea look to the face.
I still have a few bags albeit small, but I will be limiting what I have got left and not getting anymore once they are gone. Kettle chips are no way near as dangerous , but I'm phasing them out also although there are only 2 large bags left. Chocolate will always be there tho.
Today will be the hottest day of the year so far . I have noticed yesterday and today , things seem busier outside .
Apart from the multiple amount of cans and jars of food from the gvt, the kitchen looks good . I'm washing bits and pieces in the washing machine .
I don't need to do exercise today, but will do tomorrow ,🏋️ That'll be three times this week
I May increase the amount I do soon, as I'm in quarantine at the moment .
I listened to 10 mins of Steve Allen , then the news at 6,30 and switched off .
I saw the usual begging machines on the box while I was finishing breakfast and that was enough I miss the Andrew puppy 🐕.  Just deciding what to do later. Probably recording  or reading

    Have a good day 🌝
  • Felt like having a lie in , but didn't .
I did exercises and happy with the new workout .  Got a call from my aware this morning
It looks like my story will be used on the website , blogs etc. I was told that the regional lady from my area may want to get in touch also. Living on my own etc, I don't think I'm the fundraising type but will donate something soon . I did mention that the sweatshirt sizes could be bigger ,as taking steroids does make the large and xl sizes seem small as you know . Still playing vinyl , and recording stuff. I have a couple of ambient albums that can be played at 33 or 45 rpm . Just been listening to those.
The middle of next week , we are supposed to have rain for a couple of days 💦
    Have a good weekend ..

  • Had an iPhone  4 way FaceTime conversation yesterday . A few bumps along the way, but we got there and will probably do it all again next week . It's amazing what you see in the background when talking this way . Flowery wallpaper , gardens etc .
I had to go online to my surgery enquiring as to what is happening with my repeat prescription this morning . Amazingly got an email reply. I phoned up pharmacy 🐕🐕got through to the same guy I spoke to last time and not mumsnet. My friend is collecting tomorrow for me .
Just did my exercises .🏋️ Got gvt food delivery . All this going on before 10.30 am
I just have to find out what to do with the rest of the day .
    Enjoy the hazy sunshine ⛅️

Hi everyone. Haven't been around due to being in hospital with sepsis, after my kidney stent stopped working. Home now but very weak and climbing the walls due to lock down.  Hope you're well AC.

  • Wow ! So sorry to hear that Gigervamp . I do hope that you are back on the mend .
You're a great strong lady and hopefully it shouldn't be too long till you're free from that .

Speaking of health issues , I'm raging with Lloyds pharmacy once again 🐕🐕😡🤬
I may have to repeat some old ground from last week regarding the new way I had to get my medicine . Last weds , I decided to check with Lloyds to make sure my medicine is ready for tomorrow . No! I was told to contact my surgery . I then was told by the surgery that I have to list what I want and send an email to the address they gave me. I was also told that it would probably be ready next day or Friday.
I wait till yesterday and was told it's ready.
my friend collects this morning ..no azathioprine ( immune suppressant )!!
So I'm back and forth between surgery and Lloyds pharmacy . I'm in the middle of a blaming game . I'm actually angry on the phone  , as I've been so laid back and this happens to me . It's the first time I've been in such a rage for a very long time .
I find out that only tablets of half the strength are in stock and that the surgery have to make sure that they request the smaller dosage or I get none at all.
I found all this by phoning the head office at the number the lady at customer services gave me , plus the script writer at the surgery. So my whole day is on the phone praying that I get the stuff i I need. I'm on the critical list and should have them delivered.
my friend doesn't want to go again . If he didn't id have to call an ambulance as nobody can help me and I don't know what would happen if I stopped taking the immune suppressant after 2 days. Btw, I have absolutely none left in the flat .
ive posted a rant about Lloyds on next door website seeing if I'm the only one.
i was gonna go on Facebook but I won't .
I will get medicine delivered by another company and will transfer over to another company in time for my next batch .
A more upbeat post will follow soon ..

That's awful. It shouldn't be so hard to get necessary meds. You are right to try out new companies. I hope this all settles down soon and you obtain a more reliable source.
