It took a very long time to kind of pace myself . I think that others can see things what we can't sometimes. We get stuck into something and sometimes we need to accept our limitations , and realise that we are not 19 anymore. Something like that.
Yesterday, I recorded more rough stuff on the music side of things . My sleeping pattern is still odd these days . I have a few credits on amazon for audiobooks but need to get my finger out to decide what I want to listen to at bedtime. I listen to the radio sometimes, but to be honest it is depressing and I need to avoid . I listen to music on the amazon music player ( I haven't a subscription ) but the timer only lasts an hour and the amount of stuff I have on there is ltd. This means my sleeping pattern is not as it should be .Then again , I'm going to bed more or less the same time as I have been doing for years .
This morning , I just finished the new workout set that mr trainer gave me. 🏋️I used one of those fold out beds as a bench , and bizarrely it seems to work . I have two 8kg barbells which I purchased about a year before I moved . I only need a few bits when I can get them and I should be all set for whatever is thrown at me.Mr trainer will call me at around 11.30. Hopefully he won't call me anything too bad .
i just received the box of groceries from the gvt. I am expecting my Tesco delivery within the hour also .It's sunny for the rest of the week and beyond .

It seems weird sitting inside in this sunshine , but have to do what we're told .Some of you have probably seen my flat from my very first diary . I have bay windows that look out onto the road . A bit odd, but loads of light in the flat . If I was in London, I would be miserable complaining of the heat and humidity . There is a nice breeze so not all bad
I had a conversation with the chap from the my aware charity that deals with myasthenia
He is happy about the appeal outcome . I will( anonymously) be telling my life story on there as it encourages the gvt to partly fund it . I forgot that mr trainer is phoning me on weds🏋️. When I received his text, I was just starting to do the exercises. My memory slips more often these days .Got my Tesco delivery . No flour . That seems to be the hardest thing to obtain .
In the box from the gvt , the stuff was varied but of less use to me than last week

good nights sleep .
Strange morning . I had told my myasthenia life story on the notes app on my iPad / phone
I then forwarded it on to mr trainer🏋️and the nice lady at my aware. It'll be interesting to hear their take on it so to speak, how much will be edited ,and whether it is helpful at all.
I received a phone call from work related guy . Good to hear from him . Apparently I could have been moved to a different person there and put under a different category but apparently surprisingly I am staying with him . I've been through the mill as you know with everything , and it wouldn't be fair to have another surprise as I am adapting as best I can
I then decided to phone pharmacy . Amazingly enough it was picked up quickly and , he was very helpful. Not like the the usual pack of wild dogs I deal with who don't realise a phone is a device that needs to be picked up🐕🐕
He told me that I have to speak to surgery to deal with prescriptions due to corona etc
I git through to a nice receptionist at surgery . I have emailed my requirements. Normally I order 2 month supply . My medication runs out next week , but apparently I could have it by this Thursday / Friday . I'm told not to pick up. My friend has to . He is surprised, but cool with that . We'll see what gives.I'll leave it there for now. Afternoon already

i put stuff in recycling at 6am . When I came back, there was a large spider in an awkward position . 🕷Eventually , I managed to get it into the dyson . The dyson didn't really do its job, so I had to rely on it to crawl up and get stuck in the jar . I gave it enough chances to escape , but I don't like surprises .
I did new workout . Mr trainer spoke to me 🏋️. I got told off for crisps etc . I have to knuckle down and treat the food as I do the workouts . A lot of gym memberships will be cancelled because of this recession . At the moment, a lot of gym equipment is being sold for silly money because of 😷
I have to do housework ( flat work in my case ) later on .🧹
Still suck indoors . I have been watching less tv 📺and watching less news . Listening to less news on the radio also 📻

I've stopped listening to the news as well and only glance at the newspapers online. So much of it is misleading and worrying and I don't need that right now! I did get the Wii balance board out the other day and have been doing some of the Wii fit exercises, only about 15 mins a day, but its better than spending 15 mins sat on my buttDebt free and Keeping on Track3

I agree with less news. I think you listen to LBC sometimes AC and there is a lot of news and angst on that station so listen to your fabulous music instead. Regarding the radio, it's lbc just to catch the news. A few mins of Steve Allen beforehand
He used to be very entertaining , but got too arrogant by slurping his tea etc.
Nick Ferrari used to be for about half an hour , but 5 mins is enough. He always rushes and reminds me of someone who wants to rush to the toilet and needs to get away.
Plus there is online news for about 10 mins max .I have just received an email from Asda telling me I'm on the priority list 😷A bit late, but not complaining . They want me to use them exclusively . I'll see.Traffic outside my window has increased somewhat . More people seem to be about.
Maybe people have had enough .Mistakes have been made due to greed ( Cheltenham , football matches, pop concerts going ahead after being warned etc). The media hammering the gvt. The gvt not knowing what to do . The backstabbing in the background . Labour trying to politicise it etc
All this just in this country . And the rest. I'm avoiding all best I can . Staying in for the foreseeable anyway2 -
