  • On the same subject of food , I do think it's shameful that m&s don't deliver food . I know they will be using Ocado soon but even so, far from impressed . This is the 21st century.
    Rant over
I managed to finally tidy up flat .
okay, I'll do the blinds again tomorrow .
Not heard from the guy from work related group. I'll wait for him to call and then give him update about appeal etc
He did send me email about courses but I'm not in right frame of mind . Maybe tomorrow .
I got new workout from mr trainer 🏋🏻but again, not in right frame of mind . Yesterday I didn't do anything but I did the usual workout today. I may do new workout tomorrow . I could do with one or 2 bits of light home equipment , but prices are astronomical at present because of 😷. Annoying when I got rid of a lot of stuff when I moved.
I may record some more musical stuff today . It's another of those days where the time seems to have flown again 🦅⏰

My diet is odd. What I find is that all the supermarkets are more or less the same price  for what I eat . Minced beef for example seems to be the same . Chocolate , bread rolls, bacon etc
There isn't a Lidl nearby or Aldi etc . If I could drive on the other hand ..🚗
  • Woke up early feeling rough again. However , I just browsed the Tesco app again🛒 , and have a slot booked for Monday £6 delivery  . Panic over. I have the Asda delivery next Sunday so that takes a lot of pressure off for a couple of weeks , possibly into next month . I just have to take a leaf out of corporal jones book and not panic .
Rain this morning 💦although it's only supposed to be a shower here and there 🐠
    Have a good day 😼

Glad you've managed to get a couple of delivery slots.

Maybe look for some different bodyweight exercises you can do at home without any equipment?

I think I'm gonna be okay on the training side of things, as Mr trainer has now given me his second set of exercises to do . 🏋️. I think if I keep these up, then things should be manageable . The obvious thing ( though it shouldn't be ) , is eating crisps etc to help me feel better while I'm locked in for x period of time . I treat it as a distraction of sorts and that when normal service resumes, it'll take a couple of weeks after going back to the gym that my body improves and my will power improves again and junk is out of the window .
I sent email accepting the provisional offer of LCW appeal . I also sent email to citizens advice . In that email, I offered to send them the email that I sent to the Tribunal Courts and also told them I will send final decision to them also. I made sure of thanking them for their valuable help.
I feel better after shower, but think that having berocca at 4.15 am was the right thing to do today . The strong black coffee also helped so far .
I'll leave it there for now ..😼

I so agree with the crisps. They are my downfall. I am also fond of them with wine. Keep trying to take a break from both! Your resolve will come back as you are great with your exercise.
I think some rain (love the emoji) will be good for my garden so don't mind a few showers.
    Have a good day :)

I didn't do any exercise since Thursday . May do tomorrow or Monday at the latest. 🏋🏻
For some reason I had the heating on for most of yesterday and felt better with it on after waking up rough again. I burnt toast , and there was smoke in kitchen but thankfully alarm never went off. When I put bread in , it was low setting when I accidentally moved lever to min setting . I moved it up and tried again . Not advisable when leaving unattended 🙀Thankfully rammstein were not in my kitchen 🔥
Today, I played some lp's or vinyl as it's now called . The amp is still noisy and I'll have to get a replacement later on in the year if god is good. I haven't received the next Coronavirus food delivery just yet , Not concerned but puzzled , wondering if I'll get one or not . My Tesco delivery is due tomorrow . I took the recycling out at around 6am .
Haven't been properly out since that horrible shopping experience last Saturday 🛒
Cabin fever hasn't set in just yet 🚢⚓️
