I ended up being like a detective . I phoned up another chemist in the area who have a good reputation apparently . They have loads in stock surprisingly . The lady I spoke to was fantastic , friendly and helpful. She sent a note to my surgery . I then got through to the receptionist at my surgery . I told her that I should bite the hand off of that pharmacy and collect . She told me the technician would get back to me , and talk about possible alternatives ! Still waiting ! The phone cut off . 

My guess is that I'll have to go to that pharmacy to collect probably on Friday .
If nothing is done rhen I'll phone 999 . I have nothing left . 

I spoke to my friend who has been out on a few occasions and he said I'll be fine and that everyone is behaving and doing social distancing properly etc. He may have a point 
Although there is lots of traffic , I see a lot of sensible people walking by. 

The plan now is to transfer my prescription away from pharmacy 2 u and use this pharmacy instead . I don't blame pharmacy 2 u too much as they were trying to send everything together . They have posted the stuff they have today . 

Only 1 problem so far this week , and in hindsight I should have phoned sooner .
It doesn't pay to be nice all the time . 

This time last week , the scum upstairs had another party . It'll be interesting to see what happens tonight ...

I don't want you to take this in the wrong way but have you spoken to your GP about your mental health recently.
You see4m to be struggling a bit more at the moment.

It's another one of those situations imho where things are probably misinterpreted .
I think the mistake I make is not letting things go , regarding the neighbours . 

When I said I have nothing left , I was talking about that medication , and that if I haven't taken it for 3 days or more , I don't know the repercussions . That's why I'm in a state of panic . It Would be difficult to speak to my doctor at the moment for obvious reasons .
Sure , lockdown does get me down from time to time and I've actually lost count of the weeks . 

On the flip side of all this , I've had a good week where I've been doing exercising and recording music and stuff . 

I try to be a strong willed person who only goes to the doctor if it's absolutely necessary
Before I had mg , I hardly went to the doctors . 

There are many people worse off ..

I've had a strange 24 hrs , but am back to normal . 

Last night I had a very high temperature . Not sweating . I know that everything is much hotter these days but I felt in a bad way for many hours . 

However , around 8 am it all disappeared more or less . I did take the recycling out at 4 am 
Im back to being calm again . I had a call from the surgery . Long story , but hopefully I can take a walk on Saturday and collect medicine from my chosen pharmacy. 

No point panicking now but I'm hoping that this episode is over and I can move on..

I received a call from work relations chap. He told me that I should have applied for p I p when I started the universal credit claim, but can see i was not told properly .
He advised me to claim for the lower amount and that now that I have bern awarded LCW then he is confident I should get something . I'll do it , but not as confident as him .
I was told to send copies of letters onto u c journal . I looked and there is no way , so I assume job coach will advise whenever.
I was told to ask what is happening regarding possible comtributions for service charges and the LCW appeal verdict . I asked those questions in the journal of course .
I'll leave it there ...

Glad you have the meds sorted.
Isn't it possible to have an emergency supply of the meds so if anything happens you are covered?
You have a lot to be getting on with with your benefits.

Ive been trying to do what you mentioned , but that dread pharmacy I left kept being problematic 🐕🐕. Still , I'm away from that now . I received box from pharmacy 2u this morning and  now have lots to fall back on . 

I spoke to mr trainer this morning 🏋️on our weekly updates. Believe it or not, he is collecting my medication from new pharmacy ( Bryant's ) who are brilliant thus far. 

There's one positive thing about me doing these diaries. I can see how I've progressed, had the highs and lows and know people who are important people in my life. 

When I found mr trainer 🏋️I didn't realise how great he would be for me . 

Years ago, you'd pop in for a session . You would get help with xyz,but now they are like life coaches also . 

So far , I've had a good week and if there are no disturbances this weekend then hopefully I'll be back on track . 

My aim is to go out for a walk daily ( maybe not weekends ), once I get that prescription . 

I have a mask , antiseptic stuff for the hands but no gloves.

AC if you are just walking then I think you will be OK without gloves as long as you don't touch anything - e.g. handrail.
