    Thanks all😼
Baby steps 👣. I think it's best to go out very early in the  mornings  ,and see what gives .
I'll wait until I receive medicine from mr trainer 🏋️.
I think I've realised why I've been getting a dry cough and not breathing as well as I should
It's down to being given reduced dosage from that chemist 🐕🐕plus being without for 3 days .
I'll feel more confident once I have them again .

Okay, good news for now ..no parties happened this weekend !
The only thing that was annoying yesterday , was the noise of a herd of buffalo going up and down the stairs at random times yesterday evening . I had to look outside , and it was the family of the other flat who had visitors from what it seems . I saw a teenage girl just on her way out of the front door who just looked around . I half smiled , and more or less jestured that it was noisy . Bear in mind my fron two teeth need replacing and her english may not be so good . Anyway, it proves that I'm so quiet and am forgotten about in the scheme of things and that people are not observing the news .
I'm not moaning here btw ,as hopefully it's a one off.
It'll be interesting to see if the kids upstairs start school tomorrow or not , and if the druggies in the other flat go back to their normal patterns . Once I know that, I can hopefully find the right pattern for walking daily albeit  not very far .
I have a feeling the druggies went away for he weekend . Anyway, I'll leave that bit there

I received a box from pharmacy 2u yesterday , with the remaining medicine that I desperately needed inside . Mr. Trainer is collecting the other box tomorrow . He did initially say yesterday and waiting for somebody can be ammoying . I had to text him .
The up sides are that pharmacy 2 u and Bryants are much better than Lloyds pharmacy 🐕🐕. Also , my dry cough has gone and the azathioprine is doing its job .
Also, it means I have an emergency supply of everything now .

I'm not sure what to make of the mixed messages from the  gvt regarding corona virus. . Personally , I think that they seem to be rushing things through in a ball rather than gradually doing things for a little longer . They initially said 10 weeks ,and 2 weeks + for people like myself . I think it's 10 weeks now . Then they stupidly said that  there is very little activity in a&e. Stupid or what ?!? I think that it's best to keep disciplined and everyone sensible should let others take the lead and follow suit only when things seem more under control .
I received a text from one of my sisters who told me that a few of the family and friends are meeting up by the Tower of London for my other sisters 60th. Of course I can't go and am wondering if they are being wise . Oh, well.
    I'll leave it there..
    Enjoy the sunshine 🌵🌴

Really pleased there were no parties and you have been left in peace.
Great that the meds are sorted and you will have a back-up supply. Very important.
It's a difficult call with the virus, but your sister is lucky: the weather is good. They can socially distance outside.
There's nice green space just under the bridge so they could picnic. You are only 60 once so if they are not in the highly vulnerable group I would probably do the same. But you obviously can't go.
I wish I was in Dorset.
    Have a good day :)

Thanks very much DIA / Beanielou 😼
I forgot where you currently live DIA please forgive me . I know eventually you'll be taking the high road to Scotland .
The birthday celebration is on Saturday . I always send present etc at birthday and Christmas ,so I'll do that once more.
Around 9.30 last night , I heard a bit of noise in the communal area. It was the family again
I didn't go out to look ,and it was before 10 pm. Plus of course , their movements have altered a bit since corona virus.

At around 11 pm last night I heard more noise . I opened the door to have a look .
I saw the druggie outside the front door smoking a spliff. He turned around and noticed me looking . I just closed the door . He didn't have any of his guests as far as I'm aware .
Hioefully he won't start his antics again . Normally his pattern seems to be the weekend , or Wednesdays . I'll leave that there, but apart from being isolated, the weekend was much better.

I have a few things to look out for today : mail/ Tesco delivery / gvt food delivery/ and mr trainer 🏋️
The Tesco delivery is between 8-9 am .

Just received a message in my universal credit journal advising me my appeal is with the decision makers . I asssume that's the LCW appeal . As for the service charges, I expect nothing but if I get something then that's good. Being told one way or the other would be good .
    Anyway, enjoy the sunshine 🌴🌵

Had a great sleep last night 🛌.
I think the reason was, in spite of being very tired I tried to stay awake as long as possible so I wouldn't be too distracted by noise from the other 2 flats above .
On a brief note about the above, I'd say that if there are no more parties either tomorrow or over the weekend ,then hopefully the message has finally got through to the druggies and hopefully things will be near normal , we'll see.

Yesterday , mr trainer 🏋️ Sent a text telling me he will bring medicine over late afternoon today . Ontop of that , the call I'm supposed to get from the work relations person never materialised either . Waiting  things that don't materalise is a pita .
Having said that , I'm having a video workout with mr trainer around midday.

A few days ago, I posted a message on the next door website asking if anyone would be interested in collecting my unwanted gvt food and giving it to a food bank .
I have received a few kind messages and will box it up and hopefully call and arrange for it to be collected this week .
I was going to venture out today, but I woke up too late . If I wake up before 7am , then I'll try tomorrow .
Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler ,and a f shower or 2 forecast .💦💧☔️
    Enjoy the sunshine 🌴🌴🌵

    All sounding good AC.
I'm looking forward to a bit of rain. The plants need it, especially as I can't get a hose...
Glad it is all quiet on the Western Front. Hoping it stays that way :)

    Thanks DIA 😼
Things turned out slightly different than expected.
Mr trainer🏋️ changed today's session as a thorough phonecall. Initially it was to be a video session , so I was raring to go and was disappointed . He collected my medicine today , so I now have something to fallback on .
I had a few text and  phone conversations regarding my unwanted food collection.
I got lucky . Lots picked up this evening .  I've arranged a regular collection when I need it from the nice lady . Great stuff. Kitchen almost tidy . More space at last .
I cleaned flat bar the vacuuming and dusty blinds . Will probably do that tomorrow .

I'll leave it there . Enjoy the showers 💦☔️💧
