That's great that having a new boiler has freed up so space.

So, I decided to phone that company again . The chap that should have called me back got through to the installer . The installer has said that it's not a boiler problem , but a problem with the taps . Also because of the same fault being on the previous boiler , it has nothing to do with it . I disputed this saying that surely he could come around and check the pressure etc. He said contact eon as Colin Laver heatmg only do installations . I don't know if there's a grey area as I got the boiler on the eco scheme . In the meantime , I left a message on James voicemail to see if he can advise / help ..3

Well, I've got the screwdriver and spanner out and started to check the taps . I managed to increase pressure on kitchen and bathroom taps. The shower is more powerful now . Looks like I may have sorted it . The water temperature is better but not roasting .
That may be something to do with the boiler being on eco mode . If it's fixed then I may give the people a call and apologise .5 -
All seems to be well . Just spoke to James , he pointed me in the right direction if I do get stuck but so far so good . I made sure I understand the remote control that I have with the boiler . I made sure I switched it off, as I don't want a repeat of last night . Boilers with remote controls, who would've thought ?3

Well done on sorting the boiler/tap problem, and it is never wrong to say thank you or apologise. I have just been to Morrisons (first time for 2 weeks) and it was very civilised. Queueing to get in with 2 metre markings and only allowing so many in at a time but it moved fairly quickly. Once in there was a lot of fresh fruit and veg and meat/fish but not so many tins - but I managed to get a few things for eldest. Also a couple of boxes of cat food
. Then queing to check out (2 meters apart) but again very quick. I did comment to a friend I saw (in passing) that I almost wish they would continue this routine when things ease up a bit.

Hi dreaming and Alfie 😸
I went out for the first time for a few days . I found it very surreal tbh. Not many people about , and people respecting the distance . Went to my local Sainsbury's and got more or less what I wanted . Pleasant staff in trying conditions . Glad you got Alfie's cat food 😸
I received a call from the work relations person that I see on a monthly basis .( seetec pluss). I will be getting these calls every week at this time . It's making sure I'm fine and not in difficulty . A nice touch . I must say though that through my willpower , I've improved a hell of a lot from when I first did the move . The flustered gas balloon is no more , and although I trained hard and rested , getting off of that prednisolone was a major victory for me.I sent an email to Cardiff regarding my tribunal hearing scheduled for next Tuesday afternoon . I also put notes in my universal credit journal mentioning this , plus politely asking if DWP would pay anything towards my gd rent and service charges . I also mentioned that I'm not sure if I will be one of the 1.5 million who will get a letter telling them / us to stay in for 3 / 4 months . So far apart from the derisory payment , Universal credit haven't been too tough on me . However, if I lose that appeal they may change and that's what I dread . Other than that, I'll keep calm and carry on ..😼4
