Hello all, well done to everyone who’s lost weight or stayed the same.I forgot to log a loss of 3/4lb on Sunday. Not exactly a major loss but a step in the right direction.
Been having a bit of a tough time with the kids (well just the 13mo) the last couple of days which is making it trickier to stay on track. Especially too as the weather has been rubbish making it difficult to get the steps in.
Today:
B - toast with sunflower seed butter and honey and some fresh fruit
L - chicken mayo & sweetcorn pasta with lots of raw cherry tomatoes and peppers
D - pan fried halloumi with couscous and a sort of tomato/veg spiced sauce/stew
No real snacks except a very small nibble at the kids’ cheese/oatcake plate this afternoon. Finding since cutting back sugary snacks (not even cutting out totally) I actually can go for hours without eating. Previously I felt all faint if I didn’t snack between meals. I’m just not hungry now and it’s no effort not to snack at all. I can’t believe I didn’t realise what an impact all that sugar was having.Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Hello x
Thank you for your kind comments re my health - Im not sure the antibiotics are working we will have to see.
Anyway I have WI and can report a weight loss of <font color="red"1.6 lbs</font> so one and a half an a bit for next week. Im happy with that bearing in mind my activity has been curtailed!
Im hopefully going to find out how to do colour tomorrow so will post it when I know.
Good luck for WI and keep positive - some great weight losses and STS xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.7 -
Morning All
Bfh I hope you're feeling less out of sorts today, hormones are horrible things and knowing that it's them causing the misogs doesn't seem to help make it any easier.
Blue Doggy I don't blame you for not going out for anything other than the dogs yesterday. It was so bitterly cold that I could barely feel my face when I got home from work. Unsurprisingly, I decided against going out to do C25K...
Seeking Flight Well done for the STS
Frith Hopefully you'll be able to read the new forum soon and best of luck until you can totally join in
Bluegreen Well done for the loss, it's definitely a step in the right direction. Sorry things have been difficult and well done for getting out to yoga and completing your 10k steps
Molly Well done for the loss, it's an especially good achievement when things have been rough for you. I hope you start feeling better soon.
Yesterday's food went to plan, apart from 3 mint sweets at work, but it was far too cold and blowy for me to face doing C25K last night so I got up and went for a shuffle round this morning before work. I didn't actually complete the run I'm supposed to do but I was pleased just to manage to get out and reassure myself that my back's better enough to cope and I figure that any exercise is better than none.
I'm working from home today so had sourdough toast for breakfast and have also had half an apple and a custard cream. Lunch is currently undecided, I'll pick something up when I go shopping, and I'm doing quesadilla and salad for my parents for dinner. I'll make mine mostly veg with just a sprinkling of cheese and make sure that most of my plate is salad.
Best of luck everyone xx6 -
Thank you for all the support:)
reporting a 0.5lb loss today.
A loss is a loss I suppose. Went to the gym yesterday and will aim to go again later.

I've found that on my tablet i have to use it landscape and on my laptop it just doesn't open in Edge, luckily as a work laptop I have a choice of Edge, IE, Chrome and Firefox so use it on Chrome. Although with all that choice i had to update the chart on my tablet and it all went horribly wrong on my laptop
