I checked my weight yesterday and I have STS ( I cant find where to make it red on my phone sorry ) which I’m very pleased with as I’ve been really hungry and eating quite a lot.Now to catch up on the thread.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Hello all
yesterday was a beige day with far too much carbs, chocolate and crisps but much better today
b - porridge with banana, honey and blueberries
l - leftover Spanish omelette with wafer thin ham, babybel and low day mayo. Cold can of Diet Coke along side it and 4-5 Milky Way stars I pinched off my daughter
d - lentil and minced beef bolognaise with spaghetti. It’s also got carrot, onions and I may add spinach too.
E - lots of walking:money::rotfl::T4 -

dumpling, don’t beat yourself up, we all have bad days. I’ve just been reviewing my food diary, and can see that I’ve been eating far too much chocolate (🐖 my self-medication). Let’s draw a line under the past week(s) and start afresh tomorrow

Whereas in the previous version of the forum I could see the most recent posts even if they crossed a page boundary, I don’t seem to be able to do so now.So I can’t yet work out how to comment on posts without making notes.

Weighing in today I’ve ***lost 1 lb *** so with all the 🍫 🐖 (chocolate piggyness if your device doesn’t show the emojis) I’m quite pleased with a small loss. 👍 (Can’t do colours either, not even cutting and pasting code from previous posts)

D - baked duck breast, onion, carrot, sprouts; yogurt with blueberries
T - cold roast beef (the very last of Christmas food!) with salad (celery, lambs lettuce, chicory, pomegranate seeds); apple
S - 2 squares of chocolate
