Good morning all,
1 lb off for me this week so it's on the way down again
Thanks for all the overnight oats ideas Bluegreen. I am lazy and tend to have banana and peanut butter on toast on running days and just toast on non running days.
Take care all of you1 -

Well done on your loss Cranky :T
Seeking Flight at least you got on the scales and recorded it here which is more than I did this week
My body is telling me I've eaten too much rubbish this week I feel sluggish and needed to take find the Rennie last night - so back on track today I'll have to ignore the biscuits the manager has brought in to help with the testing, as they're sugar free digestives (he's trying to help ) it shouldn't be too difficult
Hope everyone has a good dayLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin1 -
Morning All,
Bluegreen That's a lot of steps!! Between that and the swimming you definitely deserved the pain au chocolat from your friend. Thank you so much for the overnight oats recipes. I've been meaning to do them for ages but most of the recipes I found had quite a bit of sugar added to them.
Bfh I hope you've recovered from your manic morning. One bonus to being busy is the lack of time to snack
Molly Well done on the loss. I hope you're happy that it was just a momentary blip and things are heading the right way again.
Miss Behaving Well done on the STS
Blue Doggy I hope you enjoyed lunch with your friend. I'm now drooling slightly at the thought of chocolate sponge.
jackrabbit It sounds like you got quite a lot of exercise and there's definitely no way you could say no to your son's shortbread. I hope it was good and he was happy with how it turned out.
Brambling Putting off your weigh in day is sometimes the most sensible option so best of luck with drawing your line. It's great that your manager's trying to be helpful but sugar-free digestives do not sound pleasant
procrastinator I hope the day with your mum wasn't too hard and that the day at Kew was lovely and relaxing
SeekingFlight I'm sorry you had a gain, it's especially annoying when you can't pinoint why. Hopefully it's just a weird blip and will go again soon.
Cranky Well done on the loss
Yesterday's food was my standard Bran Flakes for breakfast, quorn salad wrap for lunch and Hotel Chocolat for my snack. Dinner, after C25K, was omelette and home-made potato wedges.
I'm working from home today and haven't had anything other than coffee yet because I really can't decide what I fancy. Lunch will probably be a halloumi and salad wrap and dinner will be tomato rice bake. I've not tried it before but it was in last month's Co-Op food magazine and looked quite interesting. As it's dinner with the folks tonight, snacks will be wine
Best of luck everyone xx2 -
Afternoon All
Joining seeking flight with a gain this week +1.5lb
I know it was probably from eating my own weight in bread and crumble last week, so although I'm annoyed I have no one to blame but myself
Had a good week so far food wise and work wise as the last 2 days I've hardly done anything due to technical problems at work, so managed to catch up on paperwork and general tidying. Off today have already been on my exercise bike and shall commence housework soon.
Today's meals
B baked oats with tbsp of the last of the mincemeat
L potato waffle with some left over jacket potato and egg
D nasi goreng with plenty of veg
Hubby has decided to make a chocolate cake this weekend, luckily I'm not a huge fan of chocolate cake so shall have 1 slice. Working Saturday so shall instruct rest of family to finish it off before I get in :rotfl::rotfl:'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. Popping my head in again today
Amazing losses so far. I’ve been better the last few days. I go back to the UK in April so I’m hoping to have shifted at least a stone (or 7 ish kilos) by then.:money::rotfl::T1 -

I've inched up on the naughty step come join me, bread and other wheat based foods have been my downfall this week as well and my body is definitely objecting to it, self inflicted
I'm also another whose not that keen on chocolate cake, is he a good cake maker?Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin3 -
Hi Guys
Seeing as our smiles have changed I'll have a look at the weekend to see about updating the chart with the new ones. Any ideas? or you'll get struck with my choice.
