I hate you all, far too many smiles to reproduce 🤪 those of you responsible know who you are 👏 I'm hoping i got everything right but it's very possible as I miscounted your smiles
well done on all the losses logged today, I'm going now to lay down in a dark room with gin and chocolate 🍫🍸Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin8 -

Morning everyone, popping on early to log a loss of 1lb (in case I put it back on after breakfast
)
Well done to everyone for their losses!
It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.6 -
Rather hectic week last week so only just posting last week's weigh in.
Brambling please put me down for a 1.5lb loss for last week.
Only managed two runs on the couch to 5k. I had one planned for Sunday, but that went out the window when we woke up to the storm.
Well done everyone else for all the loses and sts.7 -
Well done Miss Behaving and Sunflwer 👏👏Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin7

Hello!
Now that I'm officially on this new board / forum (which looks nice but is still soooo weird to use haha) I want to be put down for a 7KG goal as well!
I've been losing weight gradually and been working out as well and this is the motivation I need! Plus I'm going to Rome at the beginning of March and would love to loose a few kgs!weight loss journey: 3 KG / 8 KG
declutter challenge: 25 / 25 ✅ 66/100
english is not my first language, sorry for any misspellings6 -
The new chart looks great Brambling.
Im somewhat curtailed in the activity atm as I had suspected appendicitis which morphed into a UTI for which I have some very strong antibiotics which affect my existing health conditions so poor DH has to work at home this week as Im a fall hazard. Wish i wasn't such a hassle x Anyway will WI tomorrow !!!!!I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.6 -
Hi butterfly2507
i've added you to the bottom of the chart under the Kgs section, it's always good to have a goal to work to and Rome is a good one
Molly - take care of yourself, plenty of fluids and let that man of yours take good care of you - from what you've said I'm sure he doesn't think of you as a hassleLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin6 -
Brambling Thank you so much for doing the new chart, it looks fabulous and your gin and chocolate were very well deserved. I miss the applauding emoji...
patentgirl Well done for getting back in the groove so quickly, I always really struggle to get back on the wagon after a holiday.
Honey That's certainly quite a list!!! I'm glad you're feeling better for having lost the plot and best of luck with getting back to it.
janiebaby Well done for the loss
Bfh I hope the blue and unmotivated feeling has passed and that you resisted the call of the biscuit tin
Blue Doggy I know what you mean about the spacing, I'm never sure whether stuff's going to end up all bunched together or spread across about 10 pages!!
Miss Behaving Well done for the loss
sunflwer Well done for the loss. Between hurting my back on Friday and the awful weather for the past couple of days I'm a bit behind on my C25K runs as well, I might see if I can get out for a shuffle round tonight.
butterfly A trip away sounds like a very good goal to aim for. It was the realisation that I have no holiday clothes which prompted me to try to take it seriously this time.
Molly Sorry that you've been poorly. I hope that the antibiotics work and try to concentrate on getting you better rather than worrying about dieting.
After giving myself the day off on Sunday I was pleased that I managed to stick to sensible eating yesterday. I had bran flakes for breakfast, soup and crusty bread for lunch, pasta with veggies and philadelphia for dinner and didn't have any snacks.
Today I've had bran flakes for breakfast, will have leftover Chinese for lunch and then something from the freezer with home made wedges and veg for dinner.
Best of luck everyone xx11 -
Hi all.
Worked this morning and just having a cuppa and trying to persuade myself to go to gym.
So far today I’ve had a lemon yoghurt and a chicken and avocado sarnie,
Dinner will be a sort of mixed grill but I’ll keep my portions small and half fill my plate with salad.
Still feeling a bit out of sorts emotionally - I think it’s age-related hormones playing havoc with me- I may have a Couple of squares of choccy later but only if I make it to the gym.
keeping fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow4
