We are of course eligible for NHS vaccinations so not helping here. I just hope either GP or pharmacy have them next month.

I managed to get a flu jab at Sup3rdrug a week ago but I know lots of places are only taking bookings for over 65s or those with medical issues. I felt very lucky to get one so early in the flu season. DH got one at B00ts at the end of September as he has diabetes. I feel at very high risk working in a school and I have asthma. I hope you manage to find somewhere that will give you one.

Hope you get the flu jab sorted soonI had my flu jab at the docs yesterday so that's all sorted. I'm eligible on the NHS but Boots wouldn't even do that, they were purely restricting it to over 65s. They have now had the cheek to send me emails and texts saying I missed my appointment!
I wouldn't have bothered booking it at Boots, but I'm usually at the bottom of the list at my docs, and they don't invite me until nearer Christmas. I didn't want to wait that long this year. They must have started earlier this year to offer me an appointment so soon.
Superdrug aren't taking bookings here at the moment, but DH is booked in with Asda.
The new oven is A+ rated, so I'm hoping I'll see some savings on that front! It's taking some getting used to, trying to figure out how long I should cook stuff for now. I'm sure I'll get used to it soon enough"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Pleased to hear you got your flu jab. I really don't understand how they never seem to have sufficient every year. I've had mine but surgery couldn't decide if I could have a home visit as I would be at my highest risk of infection or surgery or stay in the car. In the end I got a home visit. Just as well I haven't driven the car since August and it has a flat battery.
Would you believe I'm half way through my chemo.
