I have watched some youtubes of people reorganised kitchens and pantries and like you am blown away by how much food some people have. I've bought some stuff for organising my kitchen - but some of the people seem to spend way more than what they are storing is worth.

I've been watching tiktoks of professional organisers in American kitchens. I never realised how much food people can have in their kitchens. Well pantries. Whole rooms just for food! This just says to me that more stuff you have, the more organised you have to be. And I'm not together enough to be organised so less stuff it'll have to be. Maybe have a look for some for some ideas?

I love how much its going to liberate you having the kids both at school. That money is life changing! Xxx
The additional money will be amazing for sure!

I try not to have too much food in (our kitchen is tiny, so not a lot of choice), but equally I am trying to stock up a bit for the winter and in case of further lockdowns or in case we have to isolate so we don't have to go out.  I'm definitely in the 'have less' camp!

Last time I organised, I used kilner jars etc to decant stuff into.  It looked nice for a while, then I had part packets around that wouldn't fit in, so I'm not doing that any more. I'll keep stuff in the packets, but may consider baskets or something to keep it organised.  Our cupboards are stupidly narrow (the depth of a plate) so there's no space to store a lot anyway and I'd have to measure baskets accordingly.  I won't be spending a lot, that's for sure!
