I'm so pleased with the savings. I've even got money in my annual bill pots too, it's a real first for me.

I have the same chocolate problem. I have dark chocolate in the house which I don't like enough to over eat but I can have a square if I need the chocolate hit! I put on a stone earlier in the year by eating at least one Cadbury grab bag most days. I go into self-destruct mode.5

Hope everyone is well
It's a blowy but dry day today with periodic hints of sun, so I've stripped all the beds and all the towels from the bathroom to try and get them washed and dried. Bathroom and kitchen have been cleaned. I've packed 8 parcels for DH and he's taken them to drop them off, so another few bits gone. I've caught up with some admin as well.
I've been eating reasonably well this week, still not managed to get within my scale limit yet, but of course, I have no idea how over it I am. I haven't completely stuck to the ready meal plan, as it does get a bit boring, but I'm trying to eat reasonably healthily, I haven't been perfect, but much better than previous weeks.
I've been asked to go back on customer services again at work this week. There is a backlog of 1000+ emails again. I find this stressful and it triggers my overeating so I must have a plan to deal with it. I'll prep some veg and stuff to snack on so I've got stuff to hand.
I took little jwil to the shop with me the other day. He hasn't been in one since March. He was very anxious but settled once he saw it was ok. I wanted him to see it's not a big scary world out there. He's meeting at a playpark with one of his friends this week, so hopefully that will help too. He's very much like me in that he's happy to stay at home, but I don't want him becoming a recluse or too anxious to go anywhere. Little miss is the complete opposite, very outgoing and confident, she is very much looking forward to being back to nursery 4 days this week. She has obviously been listening to the news as she came into our bedroom yesterday morning and announced that as the play parks are now allowed to open she wanted to go and find one. She's gone to the supermarket with DH and demanded to take her face covering and said she'd take care to keep her distance from everyone.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee9 -
