Hope things improve. Pain can be a drag on mood if you are not careful.
Thank you.  Yes, it definitely is a drag on the mood.  It's my right hand too so impossible to avoid using it.

Anyway, I'm determined to have a better day today.  I did declutter two books yesterday so it's ok really :)

The kids have given DH their cards and gifts.  We are going to go out for a bit later and I have a nice meal planned for us later.  I might stop at the farm shop and pick up some of their yummy cakes!

DH has sold loads on ebay yesterday and there seems to be a lot selling today as well so lots of packing to be done.   I'll take advantage of the free collection offer so we don't have to lug it all to a shop.  That's ending this week, so will enjoy it while it's there.

    Hope everyone is well :)

We had a nice day yesterday.  Went out for a walk, and then chilled the rest of the day.

40 items sold so lots of packing and most have paid so that's all due to be collected today.  The pile is gradually reducing!

    Thank you both :)

My hand is slowly improving, but it's still painful.

Work is very busy and lots of projects coming up which should be interesting.  I have so far managed to maintain roughly sticking to the hours I've set myself.  It makes life much more pleasant and feels like I have a better balance.  I've been taking an hour for lunch too which gives a nice break and lets me do other stuff.

Today I gave the kitchen a good clean.  I pulled out my steam cleaner as I thought it wasn't working, so was going to attempt to fix it.  However it worked fine!  So that saved me a job and the floor got done too.

Not much else to report really!  Hope everyone is well :)

Hi if it's not too late my friend said her R*C renewal came the other day and she rang to cancel as she's not using her car in lockdown and they gave her 3 months three cover to make up for the months of not using it. Mine doesn't renew for a few months but I'm defo going to try this!
Ooh, good suggestion thank you!  I've had some success before haggling so might give it a go.

Melting... phew!  I've not achieved much today, it's so hot.  I spent my lunch break researching whether you can install proper air conditioning systems in a house.  Thinking ahead for when we eventually come to renovate
