When I was going to group, someone lost over 7st just eating the meals, so it worked for them!

I see you can buy Hi Fi bars on there now too, that's handy! I've loaded up my basket, and will get a delivery later in the week so I can try and make some space in the freezer!
I quite like Iceland, I've been using them periodically, and it's much easier to get a slot there than everywhere else."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee6 -
Best of luck with the weight loss. Can you try running C25k again? I am running 5k pretty regularly now and it certainly helps. Also really helps my mood8

I think I will try C25K again at some point, I hadn't considered it, so thank you. At the moment, I'm trying to increase my walking by ensuring we walk to nursery, but as I get fitter, I think I will add that again. I really have lost all fitness too, it's shameful. I need to make some new routines but don't want to try and do too much at once.

Nursery have confirmed that little miss can be back for her usual 4 days from next week. I shall try and walk as much as we can. The kids enjoy the walk so it's only if I've got a meeting to get back for, or if it's really chucking it down that it should be a problem. It's a mile each way, so that will be a 2 mile walk each time. It's a good start from nothing.
Today has been a wash out in terms of healthy eating, but that's partly from trying to use stuff up from the freezer. It won't be replaced. My iceland delivery comes tomorrow, so I shall start properly then.
Work was busy but I ticked a few things off my list which is always good.
Payday tomorrow, hurrah! Another month with money left in the bank at the end of the month. It's still a novelty! I need to do the financials.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -

Hope the SW meals work out for you. The walking sounds positive and you getting some time away from little miss so you can focus. My DH and kids went out yesterday for about 3 or 4 hours and it was lovely. I actually got some quality work done.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
