Thank you everyone for the replies.
Everything's still improving, and just my hand still painful now, but that's partly as it's my right hand and so I can't completely avoid using it!
I'm so glad it's the weekend. Nothing planned, but I might try and get out in the garden again.
We've had a lovely surprise treat package in the post today from my folks. Full of goodies, including Scottish Butteries! Funnily enough I'd downloaded a recipe the other day to try and make some as I fancied them. Now I don't have to.

Thank you. I'll have a look for some arnica, my hand is quite painful today."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
I've woken up feeling tired and 'meh' today. My hand is painful, I've got a bit of a headache and a lot of 'can't be a*sed'
I think I might have a day doing nothing today and hope I have some mojo tomorrow. I have done a quick check of our car breakdown renewal and although it's gone up it seems to still be around the same price as everywhere else.
I'm doing some photo organising, but it looks like the sun has come out briefly so I might go and sit by the window and get some rays."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
