Hope everyone is well
Not much to report really, work has been busy but I've got a week off after tomorrow. I'm looking forward to that!
Just trying to do another big batch of listing for DH. I did 14 yesterday."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
That's great news on your week off, especially now we're allowed to go further afield

Looking forward to the week off. I doubt we'll be going anywhere much, but we will see. It will just be nice to spend time with everyone without being constantly glued to the laptop

I've just caught up with diaries, so now will try to actually do something! I'm thinking of getting out in the garden again.
We might try and venture to the recycling centre later to try and get rid of everything stored in the garden. We'll have to see what the queues look like. I know mornings are busiest so won't go until later.
We've got our old porch canopy - the new one looks great and much better. We've got a huge pile of garden rubbish, and also several big bags of rags. Rags are not being recycled any more so they'll have to go to general rubbish which is a shameSome other general rubbish, broken crates etc. It will clear a lot of space if it goes!
I'm going to try and stay away from social media and probably leave some of the groups I'm in. I'm finding it very depressing at the moment, all you see is people moaning about people being out and about (whilst being out and about themselves) and people criticising others for everything. There are of course irresponsible people out there, but the vast majority of people are doing their best to keep their distance. Even little acts of kindness are getting jumped on now, and some people seem to be forgetting that they are responsible for their own health, and instead expecting other people to do everything for them.
At the start of this pandemic, there was so much kindness out there, but now it's just everyone attacking everyone else"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee9 -
Hope you manage to get your rubbish away. Our recycling centres open next week and theres strict limits about how much and what you can take ie only 5 bags max, nothing bigger than a toaster and you have to make an appointment not just turn up.6

I did do a bit in the garden this morning, but it kept flitting between sun and suddenly chucking it down for a few minutes, so kept running in and out, and eventually gave up."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". DH has been working with little jwil on his cycling now that we are allowed out more. Little jwil has finally cracked it and can now ride a bike, hurrah! We promised him that we'd buy him a new one once he'd learnt, so that will be in the future, but we'll do that once things settle down a bit.
I'm going to try and get a bit more listing done today. I did 35 the other day for DH, and still plenty to go!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee6
