Great news on the ebay selling! How much have you made?

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the weekend.
I've had to replace the battery on my car which is a shame, but glad it happened now while I've got the cash. DH says it's the original battery so it's been on the car 12 years, can't complain about that!
I did a nice £6 survey on PA the other day so have managed to cash out £10 odd on there, and £5 amazon on another survey site.
I got on the scales the other day and am now heavier than I've ever beenI need to sort myself out, but cannot find the motivation. I've got to do something though. My meals are fine, I like healthy food, but it's the emotional eating. I need to tackle that and don't know how to do it. I can't remove stress from my life or my job, so I need to do something about the way I react to it.

I've made an effort to snack less this week. It probably isn't enough to lose weight, but hopefully enough to stop gaining. Then I can try and change something else and eventually start moving the other way!
