The photos are still untouched
I found a photo book from our wedding that I can't even remember making!
I have however given our bedroom a thorough clean, pulled everything out as best I could, and under the bed as well. The dust was horrifying! I have sorted through and organised my dressing table and packed a load of stuff away. Identified some bits to declutter as well. I did the bedding too as it was so warm and sunny today so tonight I will have a clean bedroom and clean sheets!
I have a load of ornaments that I like, but will never display. They are generally things I bought back from my travels when I was younger. Any suggestions as what I do with them? I don't want them out as they will just be dust catchers and clutter, but at the moment, I don't want to get rid of them. It seems a shame just to have them shoved in a drawer though."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I have some ornaments that belonged to my mum which I'm not going to get rid of as they have sentimental value and remind me of her. When I can afford it I want to get a slim cupboard with glass doors to display them in. They won't gather dust then or clutter up other surfaces and I can look at them and I can enjoy the memories. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Hope everyone is well.
I'm shattered today, not sure why as I actually slept well last night. Little miss and I went out for a walk this morning, little jwil had a zoom meeting with his class and teachers, and I've not really done much else!
DH is now selling 28 items and they've not gone out yet, eek! I have one item listed which is the kids, it's not selling but has plenty of watchers so there's hope yet."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". That's brilliant jwil. Was thinking about the postage delay etc. Is it possible to put a caveat in the description saying you can't be held responsible for postal delays?
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy8 -
