I have finally read all your diary - fantastic news on the debt reductions! Well done on the healthy food too - I've been doing batches of pasta and veg with some kind of sauce so I have something grab-able for lunches. I didn't know the 30 a week includes spices, that certainly makes it easier.

Why not also try not getting on with stuff?
Indeed, time out to rest or explore could increase your energy and vitality far more
You are absolutely right.  I've got two lots of two days, so I will definitely be looking to not get on with stuff as well   I think whether I am doing anything or not, it will simply be nice not to have the constant interruptions and demands.

Ooh well done!  That's great.  I am doing quite well with eating lots of fruit and veg, so I am very happy about that, but at the same time I am balancing it with lots of chocolate so that's not so great....

Wow, thank you for reading, that must have been a slog!  I bought all the ingredients last week to make tabbouleh, so I'd have something to grab, but I haven't done it yet 🙄

I got the info on the 30 a week from the zoe newsletter.  It's linked to the covid reporting app, so I signed up to the newsletters.  They are quite interesting https://joinzoe.com/post/tim-spector-gut-tips

The kids are desperate to do the 'blue poop challenge'.  I've bought the blue food colouring so that might be one for the weekend :D  https://joinzoe.com/bluepoop

Thank goodness it's the weekend.  I hope everyone is well :)  One more week til my big deadline passes and then hopefully I can ease off a bit at work.  I'm so many hours up, even taking into account the 4 days flexi I have booked.

I've not much planned for the weekend (apart from maybe making some blue muffins!).  I have loads of listing to do for DH which I've put off for weeks.  DH is on swimming duty so I've volunteered to help out at junior parkrun.   Little miss wants to be there anyway and is quite happy to go around on her own, so I might as well help out.  Little jwil will be running as well and DH will be there too.

Bosch is back on Prime today, I am so excited but sad it's the last season.  We've only got two episodes of Cold Feet to go now though so we will have to finish that first.  I finished watching Superstore the other day and I really enjoyed that.  I'm trying to get value out of the various free trials we've got going at the moment, so was looking at Apple Tv the other day.  I started watching Lisey's Story as it's Stephen King, but got a bit bored partway through the first episode.  I should revisit it though.  Maybe I should re-read the book first.  I then started 'physical' which is about a woman who gets into aerobics in the 80s.  It looks like it could be quite good and I'm hoping it will inspire me to get active :D .  I used to really enjoy traditional aerobics    I'm obviously turning into a bit of a TV addict.  I go through phases of not watching anything for months, and then phases of watching lots.

I can't seem to keep up with anything at the moment. Sorry my dear. You're doing so well. Don't worry about spending- it just goes that way sometimes. Its not frivolous spending: its necessary. I find I put myself into a dire need by putting things off as much as possible then all the clothes I had were ripped and I was down to my last 2 and then they broke or something. Maybe a bit of that coming into play? Plus you always feel worse spending on yourself.
Also I agree that the less stuff you have the easier it is to clean. Xxx

Yes, that definitely happens here, I make do and then need to replace loads at once!

Hope everything is good with you :)

I loved superstore too and I wasn’t sure it was my thing at first. I’m just rewatching The Last Kingdom. I must reread the books at some point.
