I think you're very sensible not to get into a fence discussion with the stroppy neighbours when the time comes. If it's clearly put up on your own land then there won't be anything to discuss. I'm glad Little Miss likes the new clothes :).
Thank you.  Yes, that's the hope and it means we can put in what we want as well.

I did the same thing and put a new fence up in front of my neighbours so it was mine and I could do what I wanted with it.
This seems like the best way to go for sure.

My house is absolutely full of stuff again. I'm trying to deal with it but it seems impossible. And just like you none of its mine. My husband has left the military now and I've got rucksacks and suitcases full of uniform and all sorts. Everywhere. Plus we have both girls birthdays coming up.
So needless to say I'm impressed you've had big stuff leaving to the car boot.
We've got to get a plasterer in. Who knows when we will secure that. Still hoping you'll get am electrician soon xxx
I feel your pain, I know how hard it is.  Hope you manage to make some headway with it.  Small steps add up!
Hope you manage to get the plasterer soon as well xx

Perhaps start a clothing fund. We have a quarterly allowance per person
It's definitely in the budget which I use for my SOA and send to my creditors, but I don't tend to save it at the moment, and just buy as required.  I will do that in the future though once I've got the emergency fund to the level I'm happy with.

OMG ...totally unreadable so I’m glad we got the translation. That’s amazing news, wow, well done! What caused that to happen? Is it just a time period it’s been paid for? Not that I’d question it, just keep that letter somewhere safe and enjoy!

Thank you :)  It's something to do with them changing their IT systems and not being able to process payments.  Sounds bizarre, but I'm not complaining!  The letter will be preserved!  :D  I have paid back the original balance, the remainder is just interest which was front loaded, so that may have impacted the decision.

    That’s bloody brilliant news 🥳🥳🥳
    Thank you :)

Completely out of the blue!  I'm glad they didn't accept my F&F (though surprised too now!).  It was still with the original creditor but being managed by a DCA.

Thank you, I really am, though it will take a while to sink in I think.

What a difference a day makes! Flipping Nora that's fantastic. I'd be tempted to laminate it. Maybe just pictures of it on the hard drive forever?
    I hope you're celebrating!! Xxx
