Happy Monday, you must like to be out and about, or at least active? ... I keep quite busy when I'm at home (tidying, or exercising) but I do like to hang round the house, which I think can really help with NSDs.
I’m always really busy, I started running a few months ago and run 2 to 3 times a week, and also exercise at home. Do you follow an exercise programme or plan at home. Work is always mega full on, so really I should sit and relax when I get home, but I find it really hard. I think I need to add relaxing at home to my long list of resolutions!0 -

I use an online exercise streaming service, which costs about £10-11 a month and is brilliant (in my opinion). I do a combination of weights, cardio and yoga. I don't run, due to dodgy knees plus I just really don't enjoy jogging, for some reason, though weirdly I think the motion of running can be a really joyous thing. I'm only part-time at work and that really helps - I have wound down so much since I reduced my hours (though it also makes NSDs that much more important). In April I am taking a break from buying: Books

Well done jammy dodger on 4 NSDs :T:T and this is the early retirement thread here. It was started about 2010 and has been going in fits and starts since then. There are definitely quite a few people around on MSE who are interested in early retirement and ways to do it. You're right that time is more precious than money! In April I am taking a break from buying: Books
