Welcome jammy dodger:wave: and well done on your 3 NSDs so far!
:T:T:A There's an early retirement thread on MSE, I'm guessing you've probably seen it? ... It's a good thing to aim for, I think.

Happy Monday, you must like to be out and about, or at least active? ... I keep quite busy when I'm at home (tidying, or exercising) but I do like to hang round the house, which I think can really help with NSDs.0 -
Probably not an NSD for me today. If it isn't, tomorrow will be (hopefully).
One tip I have with NSDs which I mentioned last month: I find it really helps to divide the month up into thirds and your target likewise. So if you're aiming for 15 days, it's good to do five NSDs in the first 10 days, five in the second 10 days, and five in the third 10 days. If you're doing 20 I'd aim for seven NSDs in each 10-day segment and if you're doing 10 then I'd aim for four in the first 10 days and three thereafter. And so onOtherwise, it's all too easy to run out of month at the end of the month. Anything approaching 15 is actually quite a high target (I think). Anyway, those are just my thoughts! But I find it helps to do that.
