Enjoy your lie in!

I woke up at 6:30 am - darned body clock
however that did mean I had time to actually have breakfast and a couple of coffees, a nice long shower and to get the drain cleaner put in and rinsed out before leaving for work
I am very pleased to report that the WD40 did the trick! No noises nowI will get a tub of proper grease at some point as that's the better thing to use, but the WD40 has done the job for now
the research paid off as it cost me zilch to sort
I have been looking into the cost of getting my foot injection done privately, it's around £250, there are places still operating, so I will think on that. It could be many months before it happens on the NHS (understandably, of course) Maybe I'll do it if I somehow win £250 for freeI would definitely take that as a sign
Hope everyone is enjoying the weather, my half-day will fly by, need to catch up on diariesx

hehe WD40 to the rescue!
How is the foot holding up ? Hope you can enjoy some of the good weather we are looking at over the weekendDays to Orlando: 462- ☀️🎢2 -
Definitely agreed about the WD40! I ordered some proper grease to my brothers house as there is a shop in his town (where I work) which had same day delivery - to my house it was 9 working days
obviously I’ll just collect from his doorstep on my drive to work on Monday.
Foot is the same as always, probably won’t go for the private treatment as it’s not 100% guaranteed to be the cause, just really jealous of everyone out running etc the moment
I plan to spend all day tomorrow on the sun loungers I bought last year and never got to use2 -
We too bought garden furniture last year that we didn't use much. That should change this year if the weather stays nice.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Enjoy the sun if you have it today. They say the weather could be about to change for the worse.... not clear if that is UK or just EuropeAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

It's definitely UK as well as Europe! We have in the mid 20s today and tomorrow is forecast to drop to around 10-12 degrees, brrr!3
