I think you've made the right decision regarding your furniture DIA ,
New start etc. I had many issues trying to offload a lot of my stuff to various charity shops when I was decluttering and moving .
You are still very well organised , and ontop of things .I've had the heating on randomly over the last few days, but not for long periods .
More rain this week 💦

Aw thanks @Seasidegal58 I hope it all goes smoothly too but I expect there will be bumps in the road. Aren't there always? Anyway, I am pleased with my efforts that have got me to this stage
Thanks @another_casualty I remember your pilates machine and you trying to get rid of it before you left.Lesson of the day: If I go out without a list, hungry and demob happy after 2 wet days stuck inside I will overspend. So, no surprise that my weekly budget of £25, (despite 2 NSDs in a row) is gone, in fact spent twice over…Hmmm…I’ll leave it there as AC often says.
On the positive side I arranged a pickup for the sofa. They can’t do it for another 2 weeks but that’s ok.
Nice to have a break in the rain. I had a longish cycle for the first time in days.
I woke today with no inflammation in my joints. I can’t work out why. The only thing different is I have cut right back on eggs, also nuts. Drinking more green tea. Eating more fruits and veggies. My clothes were looser and my face is less bloated. I have more energy and I am not starving hungry. It is strange. Boring I know...But I am writing it here to see if there is a pattern, but I am so thankful
I failed my MSE test today, but off to roast some veggies so I can rise to the healthy eating challenge.
Hope you all had a break in the rain too

Ah, that Pilates machine . Not a good move getting that 🙀what was I thinking ?😼
I ended up giving it to James the builder , for his wife so some good came out of it after all.You have been doing loads in good order, and have a great food regime DIA . It's all paying off with the weight loss . You should be very proud . 👏

Re the inflammation , there's a school of thought in the vegan world that a full plant based diet wards it off. So cutting out the dairy (eggs) and upping the fruits and veggies may have helped. Green tea is supposed to have good properties too. Of course, that's just my take on it........ not sure why the nuts wouldn't have helped though!😀Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Thanks @another_casualty
Thanks @Seasidegal58Fruits and veggies, green tea and oily fish were explained to me as little Pacmans (showing my age) that go round eating up inflammation. I am moving towards plant based. I've completely stopped processed meat, but I feel better with occasional good quality meat and fish. Nuts are supposed to be good for inflammation but I think I overdo it!

I moved the sofa to the hallway and now I can barely get through the front door. Silly, but I wanted it out. It will stay there until it is picked up. I decluttered paperwork, moved furniture, hoovered. Washing done and drying. Funny thing is, the room where the sofa was does not look empty so it must have been overfull.
Lots of life admin. Chased surveyor and energy certificate provider.
Arranged a viewing for the house I can't afford. Haha!
It is cold today so my jumpers are out and I'm wearing cashmere fingerless gloves.
No walk outside or cycle today. Will do so tomorrow.
Hope everyone is ok.

A brand new DVD player still in the box. Never got to set it up and now I am much more likely to stream films so giving it to the charity shop too...It is hard letting stuff go but at least it is to a good cause...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be.
