That's great news, things are getting sorted. But best of all, you are DF and MFI am so happy for you, brilliant achievement.

My gardening is the same, more clearing and tidying and not so much beautifying...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Do you ever have those days where you never really get going? And not sure what you have to show for the day? Well, I have had one of those...
That said, I contacted a bathroom fitter. The guy sounded okay (don't they always at the beginning?) So, he will come to quote on Wednesday
I am pleased to say the bath will fit in the outbuilding.
I measured the length and width of the bath space.
I have my first social invitation!!! To a garden tomorrow afternoon. So exciting. It will be socially distanced of course. I will go the shop later tonight for some mini fizz and some crisps so we can have individual treats.
Still looking for a hose so will have to hand water my plants tonight.
Have a relaxing evening everyoneIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Been more active than yesterday as cycled to the shops. I did a top up fruits and veg, I now have a fruit bowl and can eat more appropriate snacks. I seem to have brought home chocolate too…:)
House and garden progress
I made an appointment to look round the bathroom discount store on Thursday.
I will see what the bathroom guy says tomorrow and what he quotes. I’ll look for another to bathroom fitter to compare his quote with.
I have the paint to do my front door frame, small window frame and doorstep. I cleaned and sanded so the plan is to undercoat it in the morning.
I might cycle to the garden centre late this evening to see if I can get some herbs and compost.
Work progress
I started an application related to my work. I will finish it this evening.
Sort of MSE and sort of a confession
A top I’ve been stalking and sighing about. It is silk and cotton and a beautiful print. A sort of short kimono style. I would not have touched it at the full price but It has been reduced by 70%. The last one in my size. It is still expensive. But I’ve bought it! It is either a great investment buy that I will wear for years, or I am on the slippery slope. Maybe both? Time will tell…Will send it back if not 100% happy...
Thinking about frogs. I have a few to eat as usual. Thinking whether it is more or less stressful to spread over the week or have a day of frogs with a huge treat in the evening as a reward. Any thoughts anyone??
Have a good evening everyone
