Caffeine withdrawal is really difficult imho DIA . If you do manage it , it's a massive achievement . I tried a couple of times and failed . 😹 I just quit lucozade and have been off of that for about 3 years . That was tough as I was addicted . I bought 2 large bottles of curiosity cola ,and had them over the weekend . Tasted lovely , but noticed a heady feeling if I had a worry about something , so no more of that . Hope the headaches disappear ,and not return. One thing that you'll probably get though, is proper sleep as you're doing a lot .I'd say you'll have a day here and there where you might not feel in the mood , but if it happens step back and just do nothing . You'll reach your goals7

Thanks another_casualty
I've had 3 days of a constant headache and a bit of nausea but so far today the headache has gone (fingers crossed) I really love coffee so I'm not sure I can stay off it forever. Well done on getting off lucozade and other sugary drinks.
I agree re stepping back, going to try and keep to my day plans but if for whatever reason I don't make it I will just move on and try again the next day. I do feel I will reach my goals but I want it to be before I am 78 if possible!!

Hi there DIA
So much has gone on in so little time. What strange times we are living in.
Good idea to have a routine. I am very guilty of hanging around in my dressing gown until lunchtime!!!! My plan is to get up and get dressed etc,as if I am going to work to keep up some order.
Hope you are able to get your bike sorted out and then your daily exercise will be sorted as long as the weather holds up. This is something I need to do as last year I decided to 'get on my bike' to go to the shops and then something happened to my chain!!! Not much chance at the moment, but there are more important things.
Glad you've been very productive lately. Well done and the garden in short bursts. Mine is coming on as I have so much more time. Lovely to step back and look at the progress. We live on the corner of a road and the front garden is much more peaceful. Buses are still running, mainly empty.
We will get through this.
Take care

I bet your garden is really nice and it is a nice place to sit out to have a cup of tea. That is something I would like to achieve but at the minute my back garden resembles Steptoe's yard. Ah well, I will get there.
Take care and yes we will get throughxx

I walked to the bike shop and cycled home with some shopping and flowers in the basket in the front. I replaced one of the tyres. The other one will have to wait. I use my bike basket as a shopping basket, load onto the till and then load back.
It was lovely cycling in the sunshine.
I kept a good distance away from everyone but if I do get Coronavirus I suspect it will be from the supermarket so I am going to try and avoid going, but without online deliveries being easy to get I expect I will have little choice.
I cleared the hallway of the shoe rack and cleaned and decluttered under the stairs in order to put the shoe rack under there.
My online delivery has four substitutions and three missing items. But I now can have a cup of tea with milk. There is kitchen rolll and TP!!! I can’t bring myself to be annoyed, just happy to get the delivery as I know some people are unable to get deliveries at all.
Take care everyone

The caffeine withdrawal headache is barely there today, thank goodness for that! Perhaps the addiction is loosening as I can now see a future without coffee if the benefits are great enough.
