Day two of coming off caffeine. Also have a bit of a cold, so all in all I could feel better.
Dug out some nice smoky green tea. Better than black ordinary tea as I miss milk (should come in the delivery tomorrow) in that.
Online shop closed between 1-6am for maintenance so that scuppered that plan. So, in the queue with an estimated 2 hour wait. Hey ho.
Today the bike gets fixed and the little room gets its walls stripped. I return a parcel to the PO and get a letter posted with proof of posting. Yesterday I managed a few 20 minute sessions working on the garden. Today my target is three 20 minute sessions. If those things all get achieved I'll be very satisfied.
Funny thing is some money was refunded for theatre tickets so they will cover bike costs and I won't need to use my CC after all. This DF journey has made me cautious about borrowing from future self.
The last of the turkey will be eaten today in another flipping curry.
Stay safe and well everyone. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

It is beginning to sink in that this is going to be for the long haul so I am going to start a daily plan. I'm not sure what it will include but I think an hour exercise a day has to be included. I also want to include a reading hour. Five hours of work. I am going to include a daily phone call so I connect with someone else everyday. I am starting to realise my days will need to be quite structured to prevent my mood slipping...
Oh and I am an hour away in the virtual queue with 21,000 behind me. And I thought the queue outside Ald1 was badIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I think it's something we'll all have to get our heads around DIA, but it seems difficult to accept that this is reality! I feel as though I'm taking part in a film!
Your plan sounds like a good one. Take care of yourself. XXI Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
