Fair play to you for going swimming  DIA . 

Tbh I think that you need to pick what suits you, and not chop and   Change .  Just pick what you like doing and focus on that .  I don't do classes as you know , but horses for courses is the way to go imho . Focus on what you want to do , and  give it your all

Ah but AC you have focus when it comes to exercise and I do not. I can enjoy a wide range of exercise once I get going. I will surprise you (and myself) you'll see. As Rodney used to say on Only Fools and Horses 'This time next year...'

Well done to the swim bag - I need to buy some new flip flops as I discovered when I rejoined the gym this weekend so feel you there. Enjoy Scotland! I'm sure it will be beautiful

Also a best wishes from me with your time away in Scotland. Hopefully you will fell refreshed and ready to go again. It's amazing how putting some distance away from the situation makes it easier to look at things with a new perspective.
