There's a better one waiting for you.
Attend your fellowship, bounce back afterwards refreshed and ready to tackle the property market again; hopefully it will be calmer then.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.6 -

that's a very poor show from the vendor. and a bad sign for now that EA are beginning to encourage that behaviour.
I agree enjoy your residency - regroup and bounce back better

So sorry to hear DIA 😾 Annoyed on your behalf.Looking a the house forum , I'm absolutely flabbergasted at the dirty tricks that seem to be played by estate agents and sellers alike . It seems to be all because of thie stamp duty malllarkey .Only one thing of consolation , is that you seem to have found the right area that suits you.
you'll get there eventually ....6 -

English/Welsh laws Beanielou, completely different to Scotland. Anyone can change their mind up to exchange which is a long way down the line. Gazumping isn't anything new - estate agents see it as their job to get the best available price. You can ask them to stop marketing once an offer has been accepted but don't know if in the current climate they will.
Sorry to hear this.4
