Thanks @mark55man. Yes, I see what you did there! I hope you are right on both counts. But as Italy have yet to lose in their last 18 games ...
Today I sent proof of funds but there is a whole day of viewings today so I may well get outbid. I haven't got this far so far so it is good to know I can! If not this house it will be another as I can see the market cooling in the areas I am looking it

I had a migraine that wiped me out yesterday. It didn't surprise me as I have been stressed, tired and out of control with my eating. Again. Anyway it was horrible so I am back on the straight and narrow again.
Tomorrow is my first counselling session.
I am going to book a course of acupuncture for stress when I go for counselling.
House-wise, as you know I made an offer on a house. I was told due to unprecedented demand they are going straight to full and final offers. So do I want to up my offer? No. I stuck to the price I offered because once I factor in things it needs I thought I would be overpaying (IMHO) if I offered full price. I don't want to overpay and if someone else offers more I will find another house eventually. I will find out tomorrow.
I visited my relative.
Hope everyone is ok
