Sounds like a lovely weekend, glad you enjoyed it x"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney5

Thanks @jwil, @moneyonmymindsam and @mark55man
Yesterday I washed and restyled my hair and got compliments. Embarrassing, I must make more effort to pay attention to my hair
Done today:
Complaint to RM sent to RM and registered on Res0lv3r (thanks AC for the advice on this)
Walked through park to collect little one and take her to nursery
Cooked turkey and roasted veggies
Kitchen cleaned, hob cleaned, dishes and decluttering of clothes and kitchen equipment
Nails filed (I know, but I don’t always do this …)
Laundry done
I went to the laundry in the rain. A miserable experience. On the upside when I am settled with my own washing machine I will appreciate it.
A bit of a low day when I had cravings for wine and crisps. (It is because I had wine on Sunday.) Instead of fighting it I bought individual sizes of both. It is no longer easy to find 40g packs of crisps, most are 150gs now
All good except for a few hours work, but the night is young. There is still hope
I hope you all had a good start to your week

It is official! We met with the specialists today and where before our relative had weeks to live they admit there has been an improvement and we are looking at 'long months' and not weeks. Amazing. My hope now is a good quality of life and another Christmas...there is a referral to a hospice and counselling for the family. All good.
I walked for 40 minutes today (but I didn't do the stairs at the hospital). The park I walk through is lovely despite all the dogs not on leads.
I have been feeling unsettled. There are many things I have been putting off that need addressing. I always feel better when I am tackling things I need to do instead of ignoring them. So I will make a list tonight and begin to do some major frog eating. One frog a day should do it. It is too easy to do the nursery run, go to the hospital, tidy up, make something to eat and go to bed without achieving anything of my own. I have a 'free' day tomorrow and I am determined to make some progress somewhere!
I hope everyone had a good day
