Perhaps going abroad would enable you to settle and work out what you want. At the moment you're torn, trying to do loads and not having time to think. The break would probably do you good.

Thanks everyone
Yesterday I went to view a few houses. Neither worked for reasons I won't bore you with. On the plus side I discovered my phone has a built in compass so I can check the gardens and see what position they have
I am quite clear about what I want and don't want but I am also trying to remain open to possibilities.
Today my relative had her operation (and survived) I went to see her this evening.
I had a pedicure that was ok, a facial that was ok and my eyebrows waxed (they look great). I feel better when I am groomed. Very MSE as I used the beauty training college that has reopened.
I went back to my old house to collect mail from my neighbour. There was a skip at my old house and all the old original doors are in it! If I had a car I would have taken them as they are lovely, but everyone has different taste and it isn't my house anymore...
I went to visit my friend and had coffee and cake in her garden.
I put a note through the door with my phone number in case they get more post (I hope not!)
Another frog eaten as I went to my second bank and all statements/letters from them will be on hold for a year
A productive day but exhausting.

I hope everyone is ok today.

Hi I am in awe of your day - such great news about relative. I'm totally with you on the old doors but you 100% have the right attitude that will set you right on your new life path.
Your pampering sounds divine and so glad it's given you a boost. I do like a nice eyebrow session myself 😁
I really think when you find the house you will know its the one and you will love it from the off. It's good to take your time with such a big chapter in your new life.
Saves eating frogs later down the line 🐸🐸🐸
