Sorry to hear about your relative again DIA .You are living on adrenaline again , and you are here there and everywhere and are doing extremely well in the circumstances .What you are eating is the last thing to be worrying about imho ,and I'd just say wait till you find your new home and you can adjust things when you are eventually settled . That time will come ..7

The thing with my eating is it affects every area of my life. If I eat rubbish my joints and muscles hurt more, so I move less so can't be active so I sleep worse, so I am more tired, so I eat rubbish. I have to break the cycle somewhere. I can't wait until I move to think about my health; it is something I need to be proactive about as feeling rubbish isn't how I want to live.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Sorry to hear about your relative, hopefully she will improve.
Would it be worth batch cooking some soup and then freezing it, all you have to do is reheat it and it can be done from frozen if just a veg one.

Bank Holiday this weekend, so hopefully you will find some time to be able to work.
Everything always comes at once doesn't it. You are such a positive person and I love the way you just handle whatever life throws in the way.
Sad news for your relative, I do agree with you that the body can only take so much. Sending good vibes for you both at this time.
Look after you as best you can - this time next week you will have achieved the work you need to do I'm sure. I find it's the getting started that is the biggest hurdle 😁
Could you perhaps do a no Social media day so you can focus on work?🤔
Brought out the dancing girls for you for the rest of the week.. 💃👭💃👭💃👭🎶 And if we are lucky we may get a little vitamin D from the sun 😅🌞

Thanks @another_casualty and @MovingForwards
Thanks @moneyonmymindsam. Every day is a social media free day as I don't do any except this. I'm not sure if this is social media? But you are right once I get going with my work deadline, it will be fine. Thanks for your vote of confidence and I love the dancing girls
So today I did some decluttering. I cooked and ate healthy food. It isn't much to achieve in a day but i will take it as very demotivated. The consultants spoke to us and our relative doesn't have much time left. Maybe a few weeks so no more operations and she will be on a DNR as from today. I will have to accept it but despite all the warning signs I feel shell shocked.
From now on I will have 3 goals for the day and anything else is a bonus. So, tomorrow:
Post a letter.
Walk through the park
Three hours work
Gratitudes:
Enough sleep
My sister and I are supporting each other
A NSD

Sending gentle (((hugs))) DIA, and hoping relative is painfree and peaceful. XXXI Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy7
