Thanks @another_casualty and @MovingForwards It is true, I am really whittling down where I want to be and fingers crossed it will materialise in my price range soon!
Thanks @moneyonmymindsam I like the way you think about the purse
Thanks @beanielou the purse is lovely...
So I am baking my own gluten free seeded crackers today.
I am using mixed seeds, linseeds, chestnut flour and psyilium husks (as the binding agent.) Seasoning with truffle salt. The equivalent in health food shops still has a few nasties in and costs 4/5 £ for 4 crackers so if this works I will be baking them again.
Coffee in my new vintage cups. I treated myself to using the good coffee
Meeting a friend today in town for a walk and a coffee...(just noticed coffee is featuring a lot, might need to detox AGAIN)
Have a good day everyone

Glad you had some beautiful charity shop finds. Ironing board desk sounds interesting. Necessity really is the mother of invention - great that it packs away too. Well done on getting your project in.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

So the past few days have been busy with family obligations. I also managed to do a big food shop.
On my way back from the hospital yesterday I made a detour to a friend’s allotment where we sat with a flask of tea and some chocolate. I need to buy a flask as I’ve got out of the habit of walking with a flask and some snacksI have taken a day for myself to catch up on chores and do a bit of batch cooking. Made some stock and then some soup. Turkey and veg burgers coated in chestnut flour made too and a salad box. I’ll buy some raw nuts and dark chocolate later and I should have no excuses for wasting money on drinks and food when I’m out for the sake of it. (Different if its planned for and enjoyed)
New booking for trades on Monday morning
I have a new work deadline so will concentrate on that for at least 4 hours a day. I will need to zoom on completion day and the last session there was an issue with my microphone so that was frustrating to say the least.
I'm enjoying that I have begun using my diary again for booking social coffee meets.
Trying not to panic as house prices go up! I’ve seen 2 possibles that I have enquired about, waiting to hear about viewing times.
Called up another estate agent to find out if he has anything coming up. He is in tomorrow so will chase up. I will need to be proactive as when I am viewing the estate agents are saying the property is already in negotiations. I refuse to panic.
Sunshine here so will have a coffee outside a cafe later in the day. Today is the sort of day I wished for when lockdown was in full force. Determined to enjoy the simple pleasures I missed so much
Hope the sun is shining where you are too.

Thanks @savingholmes, I agree, I'm doing all I can
Thanks @another_cas@another_casualty
Thanks @Sunshine_girl2 , good to see you here
Today is another full-on day. Off to do a viewing but when I'm there I will find a cafe for a sit out
I've packed water, coffee, and some food, so all set to go!
Can you believe the bike shop ordered the part in the wrong colour and asked if I would accept it anyway. They sent a photo in. Obviously I want the correct colour so it has gone back and a 6 week wait starts again. I am super annoyed!!!!!
I'm late so should get going. So sunny here!
Have a good day everyone

Things should settle when the SDLT holiday ends and the perfect home is out there somewhere, maybe not now but it will be.
