That's a lovely post to read. Full of progress and the usual pragmatic approach that will see you through!!
You are right to try and get ahead, however in control you may be its a stressy time, and that can cause flare ups.
Congrats to on the weight loss - gradual, sustained and repeatableI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

You're still going great guns DIA 😼
It seems that you will have the odd rough day being run down etc, but remember you are doing a tonne of work .The bike is unfortunately part of the stress imho , but everthing will settle down after you are settled after the move .I'll leave it there..🌞8 -

Well done losing as much weight as you have.
You're doing great getting through everything, have a good day and try to get some fresh air.
I enjoyed a walk and fresh air today.
I looked back and realised 10 of those 13 kilos have been lost since August last year. I'm amazed! If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks @mark55man, @another_casualty and @savingholmes
Small bedroom cleared, furniture moved downstairs. The room has been hoovered and is now empty (gulp)
Walked to the storage unit. It would have taken 20 minutes by bike but it was a 45 walk. I thought my joints might fail me but they did not. It probably did me good to get the blood pumping
I have now paid for the unit upfront for 6 months. I dislike the idea of money being deducted monthly.
I’m feeling weird and a bit nervous. I know that’s perfectly normal. I don’t often quote Shakespeare (honestly I don’t) but I keep thinking of: ‘Screw your courage to the sticking post…’ That is what I need to do for sure.
I walked down my road in the sunshine. It is a lovely road but time for me to move on.
I took a small unit for storage, but what doesn’t fit (hopefully nothing) can come back. It can be stored with a friend. That is another advantage of moving the day before I actually need to.
The rugs have all been cleaned and rolled up or folded and tied.
The shelves are down
I keep thinking: ‘I am leaving this house next week’ but it doesn’t ring true to me.
I hope everyone is having some sunshine today.
