Thanks AC and SH
I had news from the solicitor that one of the searches is holding things up. I hope it won't lead to the buyers pulling out, but I am preparing myself...
A cold, icy day. God knows what my heating bills will be like but I refuse to be cold so it is what it is...
Tried and failed to buy the packing boxes.
A good chat with relative who has had her first vaccine!

Thanks @savingholmes My AMA***account hasn't been used for so long it doesn't believe I am me and I am frozen out. Glad I don't use them often, but its a bit annoying...
So my riveting life continues...
A good soup was made. I will be making buckwheat pancakes as I have lots of buckwheat flour. Not proper ones as no eggs and milk...
A chat with a friend for an hour. She sounds a bit wired. Lockdown is affecting everyone.
An arrangement made for a walk with another friend tomorrow at midday.
The search issue dates back to 1948 and Thames Water. I wish I was joking but no, it really does. It looks like it will get resolved so I'm feeling more optimistic about progressing now. Their solicitors are very thorough so I might note their name and try them when buying. My solicitor is fine, but very expensive.
I've cleared the hallway today and hoovered. Amazing what a difference it makes.
Onwards and upwards and all that...:)

Wherever people turn it's doom and gloom and the difficulty is letting it wash over when in the same four walls every day. Several of my level headed friends are showing cracks.
The sale will all work itself out with the end. There's a lot of pressure on the buyers solicitor to find all the potential legal issues and get them resolved, your solicitor just has to answer questions and provide supporting papers, prepare and provide paperwork for the transfer of the property (a quick simplified overview).
Onwards and outwards with the de-cluttering 🤗

Thanks @MovingForwards. I know how the process works. The sale will indeed sort itself out but I want the outcome to be a sale and at the moment so many sales are falling through. It is always a fraught process, but add in the pandemic and there is an additional layer of insecurity as people are losing jobs and pulling out.
Thanks @beanielou I will keep plodding.

Today I will be walking with a friend. I might cycle to the meet point instead of walking. It is dry today and not freezing so I have opened windows to get some fresh air in.
Soup stock is bubbling in the background. I love the smell.
Washing on.
My weight has plateaued again. I am going to start using seeds on food and stopping nuts for a while. Eating nuts as part of a meal is better for me. I eat nuts as snacks and eat far too many. I eat silly amounts and they are very high calorie. I started eating nuts instead of crisps and it is a much better swap but now I am swapping nuts as a snack to olives.
I paid off my CC in full today. It was the highest balance I have had on there due to the phone so pleased to see it clear. Since becoming debt free I am determined not to go into debt again as debt free feels so nice.
Wishing you all a good day.
