Go for it! Just don't be disheartened about getting chucked out of half of them and annoying questions like being asked your date of birth and then on the next screen being asked which age bracket you fall into....😠Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I do pulse surverys. They are usually 3 questions long, some are paid some aren't. I do very little now and less motivated since, A) changed to $,
paypal had $6 minimum cashout C) they changed it to $20 cashout. I recon it would take me 2 months to get to cashout. However I am now just waiting for the paid ones... 37cents each

The things we do to pay off our mortgages, eh?
I have contributed to mine by lounging around at BF's all day and not using my food or electricity. Currently waiting for him to come back from playing golf and cook my dinner 😀😀😀Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

themadvix said:Does QMee have short surveys then? I find them tedious if too long, but no minimum for cash out sounds appealing!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I've just re-read the first 15 pages of my diary, very strange! I'd forgotten quite a lot of what was happening when I started it, so I found myself feeling really sorry for this poor woman that was driving hundreds of miles every week, working weekends and evenings for a job she was really unhappy in and never getting any sleep (I know it's my own life and it wasn't that long ago and I really should remember it, but a LOT has happened since then!)
Things are definitely improved on those fronts now - I last bought petrol on 19 March and still have 200 miles in the tank (😮), so clearly a lot less driving being done! Not worked in my time off for ages (I didn't realise how much I was still doing back then), not much happier at work but I won't be working there much longer (which is both 😀 and 😮) and I'm sleeping much better. Back then I was never asleep past 5.30am, and 4.30am was getting more and more frequent (several days a week), plus I was often awake for hours in the night. Now I usually make it to around 7.00am (apart from 5.45am today, hence trying to get myself back to sleep reading my own diary 🤣) and getting back to sleep faster if I do wake up in the night. Think I may also be drinking a bit less, I gave up vodka about a month ago so that's a start anyway
I was also astonished to read I have paid almost £8k off the mortgage since starting this diary just after Christmas! Progress seems painfully slow at the moment as I'm not making any OP's to it right now, but it's great to see I did "bank" some progress early in the year to get me closer to my goal. I definitely won't be hitting the £13k/£18k by the end of the year that I thought I would be (although I was right about changing jobs - just not in the way I anticipated!!!), but I think I'm OK with that. If you can't forgive yourself for not hitting your targets because of a global pandemic, when can you???
Overall though, and setting aside the current work situation, I do seem to be quite a bit less stressed, which can only be a good thing. There would have been no point in being MF at 38 if I was in no fit state to celebrate it. So on balance I think I might be a little bit happier now - I would not have predicted that 🤣!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I think a lot more of us should do this as being wrapped up in the now you can forget how far you've come...
It's fantastic to see your progress on so many things.
Fingers crossed you'll have the job you want to do soon and keep the gains made in lockdown!
I'm always amazed about what an inspirational bunch of people are here and that positivity shines through even the darkest times.
