Hmmm....hadn't considered that! I think it learns the things you buy regularly and offers you the extra points based on that - most of the rest of it is accurate (not a big Sainsbury's shopper, so it doesn't get much behaviour to learn from) - although it never gives me points on pizza, which I buy there every week!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Not eating meat makes a big difference. We wouldn’t normally eat much meat (DH) or fish (both) at home as we’d have it when we went out. But as we’ve been eating at home we’ve been buying more - for variety if nothing else - and it’s definitely increased our food bill (deciding to try for as much organic as possible has definitely had more of an effect though!).Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

I would be thrilled to spend only £100 / month, it's been about £150 for ages just for me. I'm not really able to sort it right now because I am constantly comfort eating rubbish. Ooops. Pass me a cucumber SC. I have just been so unmotivated to batch cook, I need to get back to it.
ElmoR I admit that I felt a pang of longing when I thought of spending £250 in the M&S food hall. The food is soooo lovely but sadly an occasional treat.Mortgage overpayments 2018: £4602, 2019: £7870

Maybe I'm not doing as badly as I thought then! BF seems to think I survive on fresh air (except when he is feeding me 😂), so doesn't see the loss of income as being any great stumbling block....?
Looking forward to getting confirmation of my finish date, I'm getting very fed up ☹Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

It looks like June may be my one and only month of sticking to the £100 grocery budget, as I didn't realise that there are 5 weekends between paydays this time round (trying to stick to shopping just at weekends) 😐 Not sure my £77.73 will last me 4 more shops! I can't even put living on beans on toast as an option, as BF's gentrification of my tastes means I buy expensive beans and expensive bread 😂!
*scuttles off to think about a meal plan for next week, and what can be left out in order to incorporate wine....*

It's not a good thing!
B*gger the meal plan, I've bought wine tonight 😀 I had to go to the sorting office as I'd missed the postbox deadline for posting a card (I always manage to buy them in good time, but never seem to get round to writing them soon enough 🙄) and there was no queue for Asda, so thought I'd carpe diem 🤣
In my defence (if there is one?), I'm trying out boxed wine à la Mrs Frugalwoods - although that does mean I've laid out £12.50 in one go! Now £62.63 to last 4 shops (spent £3 on some frozen fruit as well 😀)Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
