One advantage of Mr Cheery being rather older than me is that we couldn't extend the term too far into my old age because they assumed he wouldn't last that long
So even if it does run for the full 25 years (which hopefully it won't) I'll still only be 62

I live alone and I have overflow plates! Actually a whole crockery set still in the box “just in case”! I also have 12 of everything (plates, bowls, side plates), bit over the top but great that I could go a whole week without needing to wash up! 🤣6

I have a set of 4 plates, side plates and bowls just for me. But I do have a spare kettle (pristine in box), two sets of cutlery, three teapots, more mugs than I want to admit. I... haven't even moved in yet...6
