Right, I've caught up on One Poll, so can now post a sensible message - couldn't help myself when I saw that question, I just had to share it straight away!
I'm not finding the new platform much better Vix. Still very slow (although nothing could be as slow at that first day 😮), but I'm inching towards payout now. Am now on 2295/2500 points, so not long to go now!
Thanks for the extra wine recommendation. I haven't got an Aldi near me, although there is one not tooooo far from BF's 🤔 Keep thinking I should pop in there one day, but I don't think I could bear queueing if there are no self-checkouts - I've been spoiled by Lidl 😍😍😍!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I'm feeling very smug as a few days ago I made an inventory of the freezer, I know you'll all appreciate the importance of a well stocked freezer!
and so far we have used used so much of the old food, in such odd combinations, that feel the time is right for a nice big 'new food' shop.
Best if I do it cos OH will spent £20 on biscuits if I let him!!Mortgage start date Dec 2019 - £217,000 MFD Dec 2034

Bahaha that has to be one of the funniest questions asked on a poll! But in the interests of equality.....imagine the outrage if that question was asked about female politicians / public figures?!Current mortgage (1 Jun 2022): £289,501 - originally £351,999 got to love London sized mortgages!
OP Goal 2022 = 3.75% in OPs: £6,975 / £13,200

It was even odder in the context of the rest of the survey. I'll probably get my account closed down if I go into too many details, but let's just say it was about, er....things that might happen between two people who love each other very, very much 🤣!
I am eating from my freezer at the moment as well tudorfan, but that's mostly because the grocery budget is looking extremely precarious this month 😮Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Well that was a whirlwind!I may have just spent the last few hours reading the entirety of your diary @South_coast2020 was a bit of a rollercoaster for all of us, but you take the cake 😂
mega well done on your mortgage progress! You’re so close now! I’ve got more that 10x your remaining balance left on mine 😂😂MFW:
mortgage start date 08/19 balance £112,50001/21 total OP: £751.526 -
Good lord 😮! I feel like I need to insert some kind of disclaimer that I'm not responsible for anyone losing their job at a result of spending hours reading my drivel when they should be doing something else! I'm impressed you got through it in a couple of hours though - you must have skipped some bits 😀
Don't worry about the 10x balance, we all have to start somewhere. If we don't start we can't finish!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

surprisingly I didn’t skip a single post 😂 I’ve always been a quick reader 📚 Also not to worry - I’m off work today 🎉
The plan is to have it gone in 25 years, rather than the eye watering 34 we signed up for in Aug 2019. It’s keeping the OH on board that is going to be the tricky bit... I think he and your BF are cut from the same cloth!MFW:
