Money - good. OH Salary in this month putting us well over my new OD Protection baseline (a chunk above zero, which takes the stress off worrying about getting into OD).
Green - goodish. Took part in a community chat about a local resource which was fun plus lent a bike to a friend because he needed it and DD didn't.
Steps - ho hum, well W T F didn't happen as I had a lot on at work and the weather was terrible and the gym was so full (the app tells you how many) but I did a 5K run today which I impressed myself with, except it was at what I would call a brisk walk pace)!!I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Brisk walk pace does not shorten the distance any! Still an achievement - don't diss the small stuff. You were busy, you fitted it in. It was not like you were sat on the sofa eating chocolate digestives because the weather was cr*p and you had a big workload , you went out, you got it done. You have a time to beat next time.It is an achievement! Celebrate it. . . and if you are a happy father, enjoy your day.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

thank you @f0xh0les - yes I am a happy father - but also forgetful one in that I had completely missed that today was the day. lets hope the not so little ones (youngest DS is 20+) remember - although last year it was just FB messages - but that was sweet
I will keep going at the running, although even when I was fit I was not very fast - I may have made some fellow gym goers laugh as I was jogging along when Madness' Night Boat to Cairo come on my headphones and I found myself running Madness style - a bit side to side with extra arm - probably no one noticedI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

I think ParkRun will be back soon - 24th July I think - if there is one in your neck of the woods - there is no judgement, there are all abilities, honestly, it is just joyful. There are walkers, staggerers, walk/runners, joggers, runners, and lunatics.9am on a Saturday morning in a park near you - you print out a barcode and they scan it when you finish and send you an email with your time. Meet nice people, and back home and finished before 10am and the rest of the day to do your own thing.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Hello lots of miles but only a few steps (we drove North of the border visiting FIL on Saturday and had a lot to finish off a work)
Did manage a walk this morning - its lovely up here. No photo's as just doing some indoors stuff for him, but will go out to more scenic places later in the week as the weather is expected to holdI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Nice walk today in the nearby country park this morning, which this being Scotland has a Loch AND a castle. Nice coffee and shortbread, plus am now spending the afternoon watching Tennis (UKs Katie Boulter having a great game) doing tax thingies, and watching my work phone ping with lots of messages that I don't have to deal with (on holiday but a little bit on-call until the end of today - my work was done last week)I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Just did my monthly money, all heading in the right direction but a few additional spends creeping in. Seems a few diaries are reporting summer time extras - ah well as long as its in the noise
Started July off with a 5 mile walk with FIL. He was disappointed we didn't want to add a big hill climb/loop but my OH knees can go up hill but not down hill. So that's July started with 10000+I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Day 2 steps 10000+ - July average 10000+.
Did a Duke of York walk today - ie walked half way up to the top of the hill and then half way down again. About 5k in all then a big walkabout shop in the afternoonI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
